The room was very nice
Customer Service is lacking
Bathroom smelled like sewage
Bedroom was nice enough.
- Overhead shower didn’t work.- Building looked very dry run down.- Minibar only had one bottle of water - didn’t use.- Staff were very cold and abrasive.- Was told that breakfast was included within the price but was later told this was not the case.
The location was great for the Termini train station. Plenty to see close by. The room was clean, comfortable and stylish and very quiet at night. Very good choice for breakfast served at the hotel next door because of the renovations.
Just one of those things, it happens - renovation work and noise started at 8 the morning. Was not a big problem for me - not much time spent in the hotel when you’re on holiday or in transit
Size of room, cleanliness and location
Decent location, room was nicer than expected and clean.
The reception staff were terrible and extremely rude. We were woken up at 7:45am every morning by banging and angle grinders due to works ongoing on the ground floor which echoed through the entire building. When we asked the reception staff, they called us liars saying they only start working at 9am. When we showed them a video of the banging and proof it started at 07:45am, they simply said we shouldnt be taking videos or going anywhere near the window and started changing their stories saying they start at 8 instead. We found other customers who also backed us up and the receptionists just ignored us. No breakfast facility due to ongoing works but they don't tell you that initially, they expect you to go miles away to another hotel for breakfast.
Location is excellent just a few minutes walk from Termini central train station, and in a popular hotel and restaurant neighborhood.
They are remodeling and modernizing the rooms and breakfast area, and say they’ll be finished in 3 months. They upgraded room lighting with motion detectors. Meaning if you sit and read without moving, the lights will go out! And if you roll over while sleeping the lights come on! Staff says they’ll look at that. Just be sure that has been fixed.
Good location
Refurbishments in progress, lots of dust and work menNo breakfast in hotel, had to schlepp to nearby hotel
The room was recently refurbished and very modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Because of the refurbishment, we were offered breakfast in a hotel next door which was very good. I therefore cannot comment on the breakfast offered by this hotel itself. The location is extremely close to Termini but in a quiet street.
The common areas of the hotel were very cold because of the refurbishment work currently taking place. The bedroom was very small, but I have to say that the room was advertised as a "Small Double Room"
Room was refurbished and it looked great. Spacious for Rome.
Tepid showers borderline cold, to be honest. Horrible given its winter. First room heard drilling nonstop literally all day. The room we were moved to was as right under the biker rom so it sounded like clanging chains constantly. Not cool.
New rooms
Breakfast very poor only few things to choose from , no fruits
The room was spotless, and the staff were so helpful with any questions I had.
The Wi-Fi connection was incredibly slow.
Our room was clean and renovated
There is still construction ongoing and the main lobby area was undergoing and sometimes noisy. We requested airport taxi but even after confirming it was not put in the system. My husband checked twice and each time staff acted confused. The day of our departure they got our room number and name wrong but thankfully the driver was there but thinking it was for someone else! It would’ve been nice also if we were able to check in early to our room but they did let us store our luggage. Breakfast was ok
Nice comfortable hotel, great location, lovely, helpful staff. Decent breakfast.
There was a bit of loud drilling in the corridor near my room when I arrived but it stopped early evening.
Location
Reconstruction noise, dust, Disappointed that wasn't advised of reconstruction in advance of staying here.Asked reception about this and was clearly told they are not "obligated to"!!! This is not a painting or redecorating job but full building hammering & drilling noises, workmen carrying blocks, plaster equipment, change of breakfast room size/shape, relocation of reception across from left to right of entrance, furniture moving, abysmal WiFi, etc.Appreciate that it will be an upgrade when finished BUT was not able to make an informed choice about our booking.Despite this, the positives were the location, room facilities, shower and breakfast staff. So please check about the disturbance before you book so you can make an informed choice unlike us
Convenient location to the Rome Train Terminal. Staff were friendly. A number of good, reasonably priced restaurants close by. Room had been nicely renovated.
Breakfast choices are okay but fairly limited.
Very clean and welcoming.good value for money.
Bathroom didn’t have a vent. The smoke detector was flushing all night.
New renovated room nice for 4 people. Breakfast also good
