    Pros +

    • The staff was amazing, and every one of them was able to answer any question I had. While the hotel wasn't centrally located, it was close enough to public transport and also in a fairly safe part of town away from tourists.
    • We stayed 4 nights, in general we were happy with our stay.It was clean; for us the most important thing. Friendly staff thanks all!

    Cons -

    • The website said rooms had AC and offered free breakfast. My room did not have AC, and breakfast was €5 per person. This wasn't too big an issue, but still the website needs to be updated as to not have false advertising.
    • It would really help if they had warmer blankets in the fall and winter. It was freezing at night and there was not enough to keep me warm. A guest in a hotel should not have to wear a sweater to sleep.
    • Charging extra taxes already stated to be paid.

    Bad

Very dirty and very stinky dont go there every where the is a trash

I can call it a family hotel. The rooms are spotless. The staff is very friendly. As a woman, I never felt unsafe. I will recommend it to everyone.

    8ZeynepPosted on: 9-5-2024

They were very willing to fulfil all requests.

It was advantageous because it was close to the university, but it was necessary to use the bus and metro to reach the sights of Rome. It required a 10 minute walk to reach these public transport.

    7MohammedPosted on: 6-18-2024

The location is very close to the metro station

It's not easy to access, the position on the second floor and no clear door to access the hotel.

    4AmyPosted on: 4-9-2024

The staff were pleasant and the location convenient

The bathroom facilities were pretty poor. For £70 I don't expect luxury, but I expect cleanliness. There was black mould all over the shower, rust and flaking paint on the towel rail, and chips knocked off the bathroom cabinet. The sink was loose from the wall and hanging at an angle.

The staff at the hotel are nice and really helpful. The hotel in general is very clean, and is close to cafes, restaurants or bars.

    6JodiePosted on: 9-26-2022

    friendly staff. modern bathroom

communal areas and corridors very dated, smelt of cigarette smoke. room looked like it had a make over recently which was good however the bathroom had bare wires coming out the wall and there was exposed internal walls/ buildings above the window / curtain pole

I was so pleased with the meeting location and space and wanted to say thank you. The hospitality in this hotel has been nothing short of “Service Excellence” The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable. The banquet staff was extremely attentive to every detail and very professional.

    not special

Nice staff, clean room and quite good location

3* hotel which hasn’t been refurbished for a long time and… doesn’t have an iron and ironing board

    9PaulPosted on: 8-5-2022

Clean and comfortable room with excellent air con. The staff were super helpful and very informative. Early check-in was allowed on my return visit which made my day!

Location is a little away from the main city but at this price level not an issue. Close enough to the metro take this pretty easy and staff were very helpful in working out where to go.

    7TomPosted on: 7-27-2022

Fantastic staff! In particular there was one lady (who I think was the owner) who was incredibly friendly and very helpful with tips for what to do in Rome and how to get around. She really made our stay :)

    6NoshadPosted on: 6-23-2022

good location, close to the university campus, not a crowded area at the same time. for the value of money, it was a mediocre hotel (but maybe that’s the way it is in Rome). The bed was not super comfortable (too thin) but the sheets and towels were clean. the staff were nice.

super small room without that much of furniture, bathroom is separated with a partition wall only, so if you are not traveling alone your nose and ear might suffer! They charge additionally 4 Eur/night for taxes which I’m not sure if is not more than the normal range.

    5ŁukaszPosted on: 6-6-2022

well located. Close to center and metro station, grocery shop, bars.

Stained sheets on the bed, totally broken doors to the bath room (makes a big difference if its directly connected with the room).
