Everything! The location in a green and quite aria, the free shutle to the metro. The staff very friendly and delighted to help us. Very clean, nice view!

I booked in Massimi many times but the last time was the worst

In the new year I asked to have dinner in the restaurant or in the room and the answer was sorry not available

It’s a very good hotel close to the centre but bus 990 or 913 . They offer a personnel transport van from the hotel to the metro A . A friendly stuff .. and a very rich breakfast changes every day . Love to stay here again .

Breakfast was decent but the tea and coffee service was cold despite staff being super friendly and cordial

Boiling water for tea and hot coffee in the morning. The coffee makers are not very efficient

The hotel had no hot water for showering; after insisting on the second day, we had to shower in a room on the lower floors. Terrible location.

Loved the hotel. The staff were exceptional. I think they stand out as being very helpful, kind, and accommodating. All around, from the wait staff in the restaurant to the concierge, everyone was friendly.

It was a little far from the city center. There was a shuttle though but it filled up a little quickly. We had to reserve the van early. We made it work though and I think overall, it didn’t hinder or inconvenience us too much. The trade off for such a nice hotel was worth it.

The room and hotel in general gave a clear impression of being clean, modern and luxurious with everything in working order. The room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The breakfast was ample and excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. I chose the location because it was near my family in Rome but also near a work commitment. It may seem a little our of the centre but the hotel actually offers a free shuttle and the location is in an attractive and quiet suburb near the top of Monte Mario.

Lovely garden up on a hill with balcony and great views of Rome.

Most of everything about the Massimi hotel was positive. The front desk staff, each one of them. Provided answers to questions, ready to assist with a warm attitude.Amazing people!

Friendly and helpful staff

The group of kids were loud the entire night, which affected our sleep and our stay. The staff were very effective though as they came upstairs a couple of times to fix the issue
