- Unfortunately, we found the pillows and bed were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The run down hotel building was divided into quite a few hotels .
- This hotel was managed by another hotel 10 minutes away, and when we arrived, the door was locked. We had to walk ten minutes to the other hotel to get our keys and then walk all the way back with our luggage. It was inconvenient and frustrating.

Location only
Absence of reception and absence of staff was informed after booking only; i have to spend additional time for walking with luggage from place where i got key to so called hotel; there was heavy smell inside all 4th floor where booked room was located; room is abnormally small, probably earlier it was some technical accommodation; lost of compulsory facilities, like wardrobe, freezer, etc.
Location was good
Quite dingy walking in and up the stairs. Room didn’t seem to match the pictures although was very clean. All in all it suited the purpose for one night
Room was okay.
Notified as I arrived in Rome to check in at a different hotel. What If I didn't get the message? No signage outside the hotel- luckily I'd been there before. Confusing/convoluted instruction on getting into building, though three sets of locked doors. What if someone, during their stay, lost instructions with entry codes or room key?
The location was greatRoom was cleanGreat view and atmosphere
The check in is in a different location 8 mins walk from the hotelYou can only leave your bags at the check in location which is a different hotel
It was an amazing stay. Marco the receptionist was very professional and helpful, also at the restaurant Daniele gave us delicious italian foods. Very good stay, I recommend it.
Good space, right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Had a fridge in the room which was a bonus for keeping drinks and snacks cold
Nothing that we didn’t like. Only thing we had was we could hear everything going on in the room next to us, and when guest arrived late we could hear them moving around in the room and the showers which woke us up.
Location was ok not as central as I would have liked .beds were very comfy .
I had to check in at another hotel then huff my suitcases to another location which was a 20 min walk . This was not posted in the description of the property . Not amused! No water provided in the room either .
Very centrally located. Perfectly adequate.
It’s very inconvenient to have to check in at another hotel a good ten minutes away with your luggage. The toilet broke on the first day but was fixed quickly. There was a drip coming from the ceiling due to the AC leaking but that was also fixed quickly but then the AC wasn’t as strong anymore.
passable, good location, and price
The check-in experience is exhausting; you need to check in at a different location. The room is below average.
Clean and great location Staff at sister hotel run this one but are very kind and helpful
Tv turned itself on every night.Pillows and bed really hard and we usually don’t worry about those kinds if things but hard to sleep as uncomfortable
It was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and bathroom was lovely standard with fantastic plush towels. Communication was great. Received messages to remind about check in and asked about bed preferences. Location was great too. Managed to walk to many of the must do spots like the Colosseum and Trevi.
Only downside was having to check in at a sister hotel The Golden Tulip Prima which was about a 5 minute walk away from the property. However staff there were very helpful and friendly so not a big issue.
The room was clean, all the linen sparkling white, beds were comfortable, and it has A/C that really works. They came to clean the room everyday which was nice. The location was perfect, we could walk to the major attractions, and you have a bus stop to the Vatican 1/2 block away. You can take the subway from the airport and walk to the hotel, but we took a taxi because there was a fire on the subway, and they didn't know when they will open again. The taxi fare was 55 euros, and it is published on all the taxis. You have to check in in another hotel, but it was not far away like 2 blocks away. You can leave your luggage at that hotel if you arrive early and come back at check in time to get your key and pin for the doors. To check out you just leave the key inside the room.
It was clean and had an air conditioner, which is very important since we went there during Julys heatwave. The staff were amazing and made our stay even more pleasant.
It was a bit confusing to get there, but as long as you follow the instructions to the letter you’ll be fine.
The location was okay, with shops and some bars/restaurants around it, however you did have to travel into the city for better food and drinks. It was a bit of a long walk in or otherwise get the bus.
The property photos do not accurately represent the property. The photos show a very furnished apartment and reception area which is not the reality. The rooms are very plain and bare, and there is absolutely nothing in the hotel reception area, and there is no reception person sitting there as you check in at a seperate hotel. Even the coffee machine photos are inaccurate, as they show a lovely coffee machine with mugs and spoons, however you actually get 2 coffee pods, paper cups and wooden stirrers for your whole trip, and they do not get refreshed even once throughout the stay (we were there for 4 days and we didn’t get more coffee once!) The a/c was also awful as we were there in the middle of summer, so this wasn’t good enough. Would look elsewhere if staying in Rome again, and would find somewhere with better location and definitely a pool if coming in peak summer time!
Realy good beds, clean service every day
Noisy street, open the window was impossible,
The room was nice in between Termini train station and city center. Everything was clean and air conditioning was good. No noise from outside. A lot of restaurants and bars along the street. Great breakfast spot behind the building.
There is no reception and you need to register in another hotel, but it was not difficult.
The staff at the reception was super awesome and polite. The room.was very clean and nice and telhe facilities were good too.
