Pros +
- Location
- Close proximity to Trevi Fountain.
- Very clean rooms. Excellent daily housekeeping. Location was great however a bit congested as it was on a main souvenir shopping street. Descent WiFi.
Cons -
- It was rather shabby for 5 star rating
- As expected, this was not a 5 star hotel based on US standards. This hotel or at least my room would rate 3 in the US, but it was as expected for a European hotel.
- So as a security measure they close the front door at midnight. Many, myself included where past midnight having dinner or drinks and had to ring the bell to get in after midnight. Many higher quality level hotels stay open 24/7.
