The location of the room was perfect. Close to the Termini station. The room was simple, but had everything needed and was clean.

The rooms are very, VERY, noisy. Everything from the other rooms was audible.

Close to Termini and both metro lines.Don't be fooled by the nice room photos on booking site.More like a horror movie when you get to your room.We could hear the neighbor hacking away, babies screaming,etc.If you book online you can't get out of contract

Bad room,bad smells. Hear every movement or word or whispers from neighbors. Not a hotel, just some scary rooms on one floor of a building. Breakfast is a voucher for pastry at a bar down the road.Farworst room of 3 week trip. bettr options for sameprice

The ownr was super friendly and chatty. It's a good room really near the Vatican at a decent price. No bells or whistles, but good value and I enjoyed my stay.

Easy access from Termini. Easy check-in even in the middle of night. Good contact with reception, instructions given by them step by step. Clean, comfortable, while the room slightly outdated. The loft using is recommended due to the possibility of night guests on the stairs. Ideal place for 1 night. Don’t expect too much, you will be satisfied.

The location was great, located directly next to Roma Termini, giving access to the rest of the city from there. Only a 20 minute walk from major attractions, like the colloseum or Spanish steps.

Facilities are pretty basic, shared amenities like kettles and a communal mini fridge. The rooms are on the smaller size, but for a solo traveller enough space, with a wardrobe, TV and decent sized bathroom.

The location is perfect for someone like me who was travelling through. I was only in Rome for one night so the fact it was so close to Roma Termini train station was perfect.Room was basic but perfectly fine. I stayed in a standard double and it was more than enough for me as a solo traveller.Nice staff, not too noisy despite it being in a busy area. Overall a nice stay. Thank you!

The location of the hotel is very convenient — just a five-minute walk from Termini Station and not far from the center of Rome. All the main sights are within walking distance. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were very friendly. The room for four people was quite comfortable, with two double beds. Great value for money. We spent one night here and were very satisfied

The location

Not very clean, no reception facilities. Stayed for 3 days and only had warm water once. Should really be classed as a hostel rather than a hotel- very expensive for what it offered. Toilet and shower both leaked and bed felt damp. Exposed electric socket and broken threshold to bathroom

The property is ok in general for the value. But we arrived late and around Termini station is not so nice. But is very convenient, because it is 10min distance.Since we arrived late, we did a self check in and the instructions were very clear. But when we enter in the building there are some women sleeping at the stair. It was a bit creepy. But in general at the hotel is simple and clean. My kids are teens so it was ok, but if you come with little ones I’m not so sure about it.

starting from check in procedure, elevator was so bad, bathroom extremely old and nasty, with mold both in the room and bathroom. Bad towels, bad bedsheets, very old blankets etc

The location is pretty centered, it has terrace. The room is spacious. And the wifi works okay and it has bidet! :)

The water for the showering. It is pretty cold and didnt want to turn warm

Noise from reception as was in room next to reception, very basic , no fridge, had to get kettle from behind reception , door to room had to be almost slammed to get it to close basic , we slept and showered there , could do with a freshen up , brighter colours for bed linen/blanket s

Great location, right next to the metro station and the bus station. 20-25 minute walk into Rome Centre. Hotel room was very clean and perfect for a city break. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The location was perfect, very near train station and some nice restaurants away from the crowds.The beds were comfortable and clean.The shower was small but good.Loved the outside balcony.

A lovely apartment in a great location, just a short walk from Termini. Check-in and check-out were smooth, the room was clean, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

A bit more light in the room would make it even better.

Could've been a bit cleaner. The room was a bit stuffy and dusty. Also, quite dated - shower door let water through and the floor got soaked. Shame its not a bit closer to the centre but there is a metro stop and train station 2 mins away.

It was very near to the trainstation, it was not expensive (although not cheap for 1 person only either). It was clean (however in 3 days, my bed was not made,you can have clean towels if you want to within three days, but then you have to pay). Friendly staff, no comment there

The roof terrace was very small, with cheap furniture. The switch to open the door was broken the second day of my stay, until my departure it was not fixed anymore so we could not enter/use the terrace.
