Free parking, big space and friendly staff

It feels travel back to 1980s in this hotel. The reception and the room are just big and empty with few old furnitures . You cannot even find a glass in the room of a 4 star hotel, not mentioning water, kettle, coffee or tea. The fridge does not work. The worst thing is the room is so hot and the air conditioner works hard but cannot cool down the room.

The hotel is in a big park, the rooms are spacious. Staff correct and friendly.

Breakfast with sufficient choice but low quality products. Small breads from previous days are reused and mixed with more recent ones. Low quality patisserie with dubious freshness. About 1 km walk on a narrow sidewalk of a busy street to the next metro station. Bus with long intervals.

Both receptionists, Amin and a blonde lady (forgot her name). They are so helpful. They answered my questions politely if I wanted to get any info for traveling in Rome and Italy in general. Keep it up! 5 ???? Mr Amin can consider to be promoted..Best hotel ever! Thank you

Hotel is pretty cool looks old. Staff was really helpful

Restaurant wasn’t open, which isn’t a huge deal, the rooms a way too expensive for the amenities that are there.

Breakfast was good, room very clean, hotel very handy to restaurants and good parking.

No vegetarian options for breakfast, no kettle to boil water in the room, walls are very thin I could here the person in the next room snoring, also restaurant was not open for dinner.

Location was okay. Good breakfast.

No hot water for 4 days even after reporting every day. We were not impressed! The bar hours were not consistent. When told it would open at 5pm it opened at 6.30pm.

Transport options from hotel to center of Rom is bad, there's a few busses, but most are full and don't stop... we walked to the center most days..

Need to take one bus (or 15 min. walk) + one metro to reach the city center.

Little bit away from the transportation and delay the bus to the downtown making you to do more walking upto the metro station.The items of the breakfast almost is the same every day.But i recommended it

The location is ok

Very old building and equipment. At times the lift did not work. Breakfast ordinary and sevice badly organised. Wifi did not work properly.

Very spacious room, the spaces (including bathroom) were excellent. The staff was friendly and quick to address the few questions I had. There is free parking in the premises, which is added value for Rome. I had a very good experience and would recommend.

I understand that at the moment anticovid measures are in place, but breakfast was a bit sad with prepackaged products. Nothing fresh was available.
