Absolutely immaculate- lovely warm and welcoming interiors , fabulous walk in robe in our room, very comfortable bed

The only thing i can fault is that there is no under the floor, heating or heated towel rails in the bathrooms… Which hits hard in the middle of winter!

The location was great and the rooms and bathroom were modern. The staff at the front desk were lovely.

I missed having a place in the hotel for a coffee or a drink. Breakfast was served in an adjoining restaurant next door. The room was very hot

The room was too hot and the heating couldn't be controlled by us in the room. Had to call reception during the night but still didnt work. Too hot and couldn't sleep.

I was very hot in the middle of the night. took me days to realize that it’s because the heat is on, and there’s no air conditioning.

Great place, clean, beautiful design and perfect location

Nice modern room, and lovely bathroom. The shower was amazing. The hotel is very well located.

No bar or breakfast room, or breakfast options apart from coffee from a machine and a couple of sweet pastries by the entrance.

Everything was beyond our expectations. The room was brand new, amazing bed and all other facilities at high level. The team was SO kind and friendly, took care of everything we asked for at any time of the day and night. Location was great, the best value for money we had so far!

Every time we go inside the room there was a weirdly smell, perhaps because of the new furnitures, but anyway it passed after a minute.

New modern hotel in perfect location. They provide coffee and tasty pastries for hotel guests. Alessandra was very kind. Very recommended!

Fabulous location very near the Spanish StepsGreat room with a large very comfortable bed and best shower ever. Easy to control temperature in room and lots of nice little touches.All of the staff were exceptional - very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Huge asset to this lovely new hotel.

Information in the room telling guests what all the buttons are for would be helpful but that's a suggestion not a complaint.

Lovely boutique hotel next to Spanish steps. It is tucked away in one of the side streets and is very quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

A perfect hotel in Rome! the location is excellent, the room was beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable, and most impotrant the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would defenitly go back.

The location was absolutely perfect, surrounded by wonderful coffee shops and delightful restaurants. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff. Anna and Aira went above and beyond, showing incredible kindness and support throughout our stay. Their efforts truly made a difference, and I am so thankful for their help.
