- The receptionist was very friendly. I asked to be moved to a different room and she did it without hesitation because the bathroom fan was very noisy. The location is great. Close to Termini
Cons -
- Breakfast is simple, but fair and fully within expectations for this budget
- I could improve breakfast. Add fruit, eggs, and make it a little healthier.
- It would get very noisy especially early in the morning.

Very good price and location.
It would get very noisy especially early in the morning.
Location is really good and breakfast is enough.
If you need silence, it will be a bit hard. Because you will hear talking people in the hall.
Perfect central locationCleanGood breakfast Friendly staff
The walls and doors are as thin as a sheet of paper. You can hear everything from the next room or hallway. But I slept quite good.
Great location near the Termini train station. Very friendly staff, they let us leave the luggage till the afternoon.
Proximity to all the wonders of Rebubblica! Treni, bussi, taxi pronto! Fashion and shopping, old basilica and fountains, feel, sights sounds and amazing smells of the parks and flowers run through the surrounding ancient neighborhoods. Food and vino is prolifically abundant. Clean, safe area! CABINERNI right across the street, guarding with machine guns! Nice classico building one block from the main avenue hot spots. Late-night outings feel safe... The room was very small, clean and good for sleeping, after days out sightseeing and enjoying a very traditional area in Rome's center. Groceries close with deli, name-brand high-end clothing shops, mixed with affordable chic scarves and fashion. Tons of trinket shops, People watching, they dress here, up!!! Only a few annoying street roving sellers. Warm chestnuts! Fireworks at night! A filling, full Italian breakfast or enjoy pancakes, eggs over easy, bacon, waffles, crepes all nearby. They serve Home-made cakes and pastries, deli ham, cheese, breads, toaster, cereals, milk, yogurts juice, cafe machine for all selections, and fresh fruit It was a quiet room until 9am. I could leave windows open all night on the 3rd floor, inner courtyard side. Air conditioning also. Hot shower, a small lift was handy! Happy, friendly front desk and service team. Can leave luggage at the front desk. A serviceable clean room for sleeping... Grazie Mille!
Good area, no frills room. The low-end rooms are the size of a walk- in closet in a large deluxe room elsewhere for 4 -500 EUROS AND UPWARDS. Small desk and chair, interesting views of old buildings. Good clientele though!
Convenient location and the ladies at reception and in the staff were very kind and helpful. Towels and toiletries were replaced and the rooms were tidied up daily. Great coffee and many options at breakfast, considering they don’t have a kitchen available. They had taken care of securing good blocking of the light that previous reviews had addressed. The building/hotel interior looked great.
While we liked many things, the place could use a bit more love and maintenance. While the rooms were tidied up daily, they were not too clean and it was clear floors and walls were not in their best condition. The bathroom has no fan and there seem to have been leaks in the room in the past - upon entering, there is a moldy smell and I didn’t feel completely safe sleeping in these conditions. There were water streaks on the walls. Overall, if the rooms got renovated and went through some sort of maintenance, I think they would be perfect. If breakfast offered some sort of fresh vegetables like cucumbers or tomatoes to supplement the sandwiches, it would be awesome and it doesn’t require a kitchen. When we requested a late checkout, the man at the reception desk was not too friendly and was ready to cash the fee, claiming other guests would be checking into the rooms, without even asking for the room numbers. I had to remind him to take them, and as it turned out, the housekeeping team was not made aware of this, so we had to inform them.In one of our rooms that was pretty small, there was a locked up storage room. Considering that room is so narrow, it’s hard to open up a suitcase, if would’ve been even better to have the storage available for luggage.
Small but very clean and comfortable room. Close to the train station and walking distance to all the attractions.
It was good enough:) The staff lovely really helpful allOf them And they let me checked in 1 hour earlier nice people
The bed a bit bigger but it was fine
About a 10 min walk from Termini Station or if you're feeling particularly lazy, a 3 min walk from Repubblica Metro station. The Hotel has compact rooms but with en suite bathroom and comfy beds. A good but not extensive continental style buffet breakfast the usual drill of cheese, meats, breads etc. Tea and coffee available. Not in the rooms though. A good walk to all the major sights in Rome. Perfect for the short stay we were on.
Nothing really to dislike. The reception is detached from most of the rooms. It's in the building across the courtyard. Lift is small so any big suitcases could be an issue.
The location is brilliant. The room is very basic and tiny but it's clean. Breakfast is simple, but it's enough to keep you fueled until lunchtime
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. The staff are very friendly. The room is simple but spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning — an important convenience on a hot day in Rome. The breakfast espresso was excellent.Although it’s a simple hotel, it met our expectations, especially considering the price.
Although the room was spacious, the bathroom was small and could be an issue for larger guests. There was also a step in the room, which might be a problem for distracted guests.Despite the excellent espresso, the breakfast was quite simple, with a continental style

The property is clean, staffs are friendly, excellent location - not too close to the termini, otherwise too busy, but within 15 minutes walk which is bearable; 5 minutes walk from the subway, 3 minutes walk from bus stop.
There are a few steps that you must carry your heavy luggage before getting into the elevator, again a few steps before you actually reaching the designated third floor. You also need to bring luggage up a few steps going to the reception. There is NO coffee maker in room (I should have realised this before booking).
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station and many popular landmarks. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
The bed lacked comfort, and the rooms had no soundproofing, which made it quite noisy.
For a 2 star hotel, this place is amazing! The staff were very friendly and eager to help, the food offering was impressive (especially for how cheap it is), and the location is very central. It is within walking distance to the central train station, and is very close to both the public busses and the metro.
The bed wasn't the most comfiest in the world, but it was more than okay for my short stay!
The room was spotless, the location excellent, and the breakfast adequate.
Very clean, in a city centered amazing street, breakfast was included, stuff was kind
