We did not like that our Great Stay ended :). Thank you the entire staff ie the front desk, Concierge, Front door and all the staff¿you are the BEST IN THE BUSINESS¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

Utterly spectacular stay at the Bulgari Roma. Sets the standard not just in Rome. My partner had an issue which he raised with management and not only was the issue addressed, but they managed to turn around his experience totally. The on site restaurant provided us with some of the best food we have ever had. Everything impeccable. Many thanks to the team - such an impressive operation.

Terrible food smell everyday In The corridor near our room , loud construction noises as early as 6:45am on a Saturday morning and other mornings .The breakfast was below standard of any hotel we stay in which are all in this category,omelette watery flavourless in fact we only ate the included breakfast 1 morning as it was that poor. The chicken salad at lunch was like it had been made the day before ,presentation and taste again below average . The same with the club sandwich wilted soggy and almost like a pre packed sandwich that had been prepared days before.

The hotel’s attention to every detail was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request, always with genuine care and professionalism. Despite the hotel being fully booked during a particularly busy time (the Pope's funeral), the atmosphere remained calm and relaxed. The design of the hotel was beautiful, and the spa was truly exceptional.

Nothing comes to mind. I’m genuinely struggling to think of anything more I could have wanted from a hotel.

When having breakfast it can get too busy and one feels like you are imposing when asking for service. That is the only time we felt there was a glitch in the service and only when it is too busy Martina at the cafe is excellent In all other placses restaurant or terrace …. It was excellent

I had a terrible experience where money went missing from my room. The hotel’s response was disappointing, lacking urgency and accountability. This raised serious concerns about security and guest safety, which is unacceptable for a luxury property.

Breakfast was above average. No variety, staff tend to forget some orders, which happened to me several time, is it because of shortage of staff or they are over worked

Welcoming, beautiful room and facilities with splendid bathroom. Nikko Romitto Restaurant is splendid, best ever VITELLO Tonato and milanese risotto.

The restaurant food was mediocre although very expensive. We tried 3 bottles of white wine and they were all dreadful.

Amazing location, exceptional rooms and decor, incredible staff. The staff is young and energetic, with a very pleasant disposition. Every demand was met within a matter of minutes.Beautiful terrace cafe on the ground floor with. Amazing all day breakfast!

Location and hotel facility are good

Service are very poor , restaurant employees are not kindness and short of patience,I book a car from hotel to airport , when I check out , they didn’t find where is my car and they ask each other and then find it , it looks the management are very confusing

Breakfast was awesome, the staff were all very lovely and welcoming! The tea prepared everyday was very nice and thoughtful, also the spa was very nice!

From the moment you arrive this property exudes sophistication. The staff are very professional and attentive, providing outstanding service beyond my expectations. The indoor pool is stunning, such a great spot to unwind in the evenings. The attention to detail in my suite and comfort was unmatched. I loved the views overlooking the Mausoleum of Augustus. The rooftop terrace is a standout, especially during sunset. Bulgari Rome is truly a magical property and by far the best in town in terms of quality, location, dining, service and comfort in Rome. 10/10.

Having to leave

The suite design and furniture are exceptional. Breakfast was exquisite . All amnesties are of exceptional quality. The pool is wow both in design and size. Marble so beautiful .Restaurant and staff were superb and the menu of Chef Niko Romito deserves many stars.

AC in the room was weak and one wouldn’t feel it in the corridors. Danger of slipping on the marble both in the shower and around the pool.
