Parking and location from roma Ippodrome

I specifically booked a room with a balcony. When we arrived they said that we couldnt take the room with the balcony which was very disappointing. Still we had to pay the full price?

The room was clean & tidy, the wifi was fast & the 2 members of staff we dealt with were absolutely excellent.

Location wasn't great

I mean it was decent. Of course nothing too fancy, not renovared, but at least it was clean. Ok for 1-2nights

The room smelled of cigarettes. We opened the window and then it was fine

The room was clean, although a little dated. The towels were very nice, The staff at reception were helpful, recommending somewhere to eat & ordering taxis

The bed was a little hard for my liking. The location was a little odd, it felt like it was in the middle of an industrial estate.

Property not located in a nice area. Unable to walk around outside or to go get something to eat

Good location for access to airport. Found a great wee bakery near by (400mtrs) but have to take your life in your hands to get there by walking along a busy road with no footpath.Good size room. Clean bedding but limited to a sheet and blanket.

Flight path is right over the hotel! No easy access other than by car/taxi. In an industrial estate basically.No facilities on arrival apart from coffee and crisps. No places to have dinner nearby apart from McDonalds nearby (500mtrs) but along a busy main road without a footpath.En-suite could do with an upgrade - black mould around windows and bath/shower. Awkward to get in and out of bath would suit older person.

We did not stay much at the hotel, however, when we stranded the staff was available 24/7 and provided great help with locating taxis for us during the night. Special thanks to Adolfo. :)Aside from that the room was clean, had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, the staff spoke English well so communication was easy.

Much to hot. Cheap skates didn't try to do good AC. Our room was stuffy. Very strange place. Not trying to make a profit. Owner inherited from grandad. Doesn't care about it.

Missed our flight so needed to stay overnight in Ciampino. Late reservation for 3 single beds in a room was not a problem. Reception staff nice and helpful. Room was well laid out and spacious. Breakfast available for a small fee

Stairs up to reception with luggage. Otherwise everything was good.

I left an item in my room - called several times and emailed but no response. In fact the hung hung up on me every time.?

I stayed there because I had a very early flight. Hotel very good and nice staff. Efficient taxi service to airport. Recommend. I would stay there again.

Didn't meet my expectations compared with cost

I thought the hotel will be bit more nice ...there was no slipper for us..there was no tooth paste and no hand soap. Shower did not work fully...

convenient location for Ciampino airport

no functioning air conditioning at end of May, rooms extremely hot and uncomfortable.

Staff pleasant and nice.

A little out of the way in Ciampino. Breakfast from 7am to 9am is a little limiting for people traveling. No actual wifi working.

Pit stop

Toilet extremely minimal. The space between the WC and the lavatory did not allow to seat on the WC.

The bed was ok and we got a good night sleep.

Breakfast was nothing special. Mainly sweet. Asked for an omelet, got scrambled eggs. Very hard to get to this hotel after arriving late at the airport. taxi is very expensive even though it is very near to the airport because of fixed prices. In the morning it was hard to get to the metro station with the bus because the bus just did not come. Ok that is not the hotels problem but for us a sign that next time go straight to the city center of where ever you need to go.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the facilities were very clean. The hotel matched the description on the website and post was very representative. It is about 4km from the Ciampino airport, which makes it very convenient to spend a night before your flight.

The only downside of the hotel is also an advantage, which is the location. It is located in an industrial area near the airport, which makes it easier to reach the airport, but harder to reach places you may want to visit in Rome. The only nearby restaurant is MacDonalds.

To far from city center of rome but there is a bus stop close to get to metro underground station

Everything was ok, yet we faced one problem - it was impossible to book a taxi via the application in the early morning. A lot of cars were available around, but nobody was picking up our order. So if you are heading to the airport, book a taxi via the check-in desk in advance to save your nerves.
