Perfect location, great staff and large clean rooms.

Thin walls could hear everything in the adjoining rooms

Clean had a elevator good breakfast

Shower was way to small and pillows are very hard

The location is spectacular! The courtyard and buildinbg is beautiful. The refectory is nice, the food offering nice.

Not easily accessed by car so cab had to stop on street above and we had to lug our baggage down several stairs right next to gypsies/homeless.

You just simply can't beat this location. The building is a beautiful 500 year old building that has always been used as guest house for the Vatican. The staff is absolutely amazing. Every time we walked through the door they greeted us like we were royalty. We also had a lot of questions about logistics around visiting the Vatican. The hotel staff was always ready to help us navigate visits to the Vatican. The breakfast is absolutely amazing! And the staff serving the breakfast were some of the sweetest people I've ever encountered in a hospitality setting. Overall 10/10!

The property is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful courtyard that was very calm and serene. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They even arranged car service from FCO airport straight to the hotel and charged our room upon arrival. The location is so close to the Vatican, shopping and many restaurants.

The heater kept turning on even after we turned off the heat. Our room needed to be cooler for medical reasons.

Accessibility of site to everything we wanted from the church, food, entertainment was convenient! Worth the stay. Breakfast had a variety of different choices. Staff was nice, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Considering how old, the site was very clean.

There was no full size mirror in bedroom. we had to go downstair across elevators is inconvenient. Light switches in room were confusing and the water handle in bathroom across toilet was not identifiable or unclear how to use. Suggest adding a mirror full size and labeling the switches and provide instructions on ise of water handle.

The location is literally in front of St. Peter's square. If you are going as a pilgrim, it's worth it. The room is cleaned daily.

Breakfast needs improvement. In the room, there is no complimentary coffees or teas that you normally see in hotels.

The shower is very small.. no air conditioning in the room because it’s the winter.

Everyone was so professional and cheerful! Anything you need they will help you find, excellent tour guide for the Vatican Museum! I cannot recommend strongly enough- excellent booking from beginning to end! Thank you!

The LOCATION is 50 meters from Vatican Square! The breakfast offered a number of choices, outside there were many restaurants to choose from & the best part was the Staff, (particularly Claudia & Patrick at Reception) who shared a wealth of knowledge making our 2nd stay at this hotel a memorable one.

Convenient location to St Peter’s square and restaurants . This was our third time to stay in this hotel. Will surely recommend this hotel to my friends. The staff especially Patrick and Claudia were very attentive and accommodating to our needs. Except for one problem - the toilet stopped working. It was fixed within a day. Claudia gave us room to use for the evening cos it won’t be fixed the following morning.

Our stay was incredible! The staff went above and beyond from the time we made our reservation until we were safely on the flight home. They responded to every question we had quickly and with expertise. They connected us to an amazing Vatican Museum guide. They were smiling day and night with warm greetings. Everything was clean and very safe. Finally, breakfast was so delicious!!

Tiny bathroom, but everything else was so great that the tiny shower was easy to deal with.

Rooms are extremely small with few , if any, amenities. Bathroom quite uncomfortable. Shower had plastic doors enclosing space the size of a phone booth. Impossible to wash hair in there.
