- Didnt let us stay
- The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Termini, with a metro and bus station close by. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the neighbourhood feels safe to walk around. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is a bit old but clean and well-kept. The staff was nice and polite. It's a nice and convenient place to stay in the area.
Cons -
- the shower pressure was good but uneven. no glass screen/window on window. could hear every outside sound & couldn't block it out by shutting it. Plugs were the odd one and my charger didnt fit but front desk loaned one to me.
- Didnt let us stay and charged 3 night very rude customer service
- The blankets could have been fresher, and at one point the cleaner left the windows open while I was out for the whole day. My room was on the ground floor facing the road, so that felt a little unsafe even though the window had bars.

The young man at the front desk was lovely and very helpful! Staff was excellent. The hotel room was functional and convenient location. Fine for a one night stay.
The property is in a very good location.Whatever is worthwhile to see in Rome is within walking (30 minutes) distance. If you prefer to use public transportation, you can easily opt for that. The staff is kind and welcoming. Viola provided exceptional service. Big thanks for her.
The building is very old, and the room that I had, was sadly neglected. It was clean and tidy, but the walls were stained and shabby. I had no hot water at my second night which Viola resolved. Thanks for her again!
I made a mistake when booking, as it was stated that hotel provided late check in, but after making payment I realised that late booking was till 00:00, and I could only arrive at 01-02 am. The staff was forthcoming and left the keys for me at another hotel which was close, and I could pick them up on the way to the hotel. Also, upon leaving, I forgot my glasses. I realised it a couple of hours later, and wrote about it to the hotel. I got the reply instantly, that my glasses are found and have been left at reception, so I went there and got them.
Unfortunately the room 305 has seen better days. The lamps on the walls had some long time stains on them, and the mirror in the room had several holes. The AC was making a sound, but not sure it actually got any cooler during the night. The bed was pretty hard. The bathroom was better, clean. There was a liquid soap bottle, but the little pump wasn't working. The bathtub had no curtain, so I took a shower and water splashed all over, even when I tried to be careful. There were 2 opened shampoo bottles by the bath, which could be used.I booked two nights, but I decided to leave the moment I woke up, didn't care about any refund.
Location close to metro and buses
I would like to give it a minus value. Difficult to get into room. Doors narrow and hard to open. Lift dating from 1800s barely fits 2 people and luggage. Bathroom very small, crowded with a bidet and toilet. Obstacle course to get into shower.... Floods with every shower, dangerous on slippery tiles. Water cool when showering, no warmth. No refrigerator. Totally an unpleasant stay
Very decent place, i have paid many times more for much worse places. Always nice staff, perfect location for travellers. I think one of the best price-quality ratios in rome. If you get a place like this with own bathroom, this near termini, with this money, there are absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
I liked that it had very nice customer service and extremely nice reception. It was also in a very good area with the best ice cream 100m away and also the best pizza just 2 rights out from the hotel.
It was dirty bed sheets and also the pillow was yellow from all of the sweat of other people. The bath room didn’t have a shower curtain so water got all over the floor and also the bathtub that I was forced to shower in had ”permanent” dirt on it. The tv channels we don’t even have to talk about since they where just filled with bingo or auctions.
AC, bed was ok
No shampoo, unclean shower, no water bottle
Staff engagement
Dirty towel, dirty shower curtain, no bar fridge, poor TV channel selection
Disappointing
Unclean, noise, facility, amenities

The very nice Romanian girl who speaks at least 3 different languages (inc English) was extremely helpful in every way, there is a lift, and it is situated in a quiet area.
The A/C didn't work, only 8 channels worked on the TV no shower head bracket on the wall I had to hold the shower head in 1 hand while wash with the other. Then I changed rooms where the A/C worked but there was no TV and the toilet small flush didn't work, plus the seat was off the hinges (needs fixing). I think the hotel owner should invest some money in his rooms or sell the whole lot. In 3 rooms there were no TVs and another 3 rooms where the A/C didn't work, and everyone needs A/C in 35° of heat (June 25) Spend some money on rectifying these problems otherwise customers won't return.
Great location and very good price. I really don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. Yes, the hotel could use some minor renovations, but if you're coming to Rome to explore the city and just need a place to sleep, it's more than enough. The air conditioning worked well, the bed linen and towels were clean and tidy. We were satisfied – the location is convenient, the price is low, and the basic needs were fully met. If we ever need to stay in Rome again, we will definitely choose this hotel.
Good location, clean, adequate room.
average room, no frills, a bit small.
Employees were friendly and wlecoming. Offered information and option to leave our luggage earlier.
Noisy door system.
Location , Walking distance from Roma Termini and many places to eat
Room 202 lack of maintenance , old sheets and old closet
The receptionist from.Hungary absolutely made my stay. She went out of her way to be welcoming and helpful. A truly kind, informative and lovely person and great asset to the hotel.Good spacious room.
I lied everything.
Location near metro and buses. Reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly staff - shout out to Will and especially Violetta. I think that's her name.. Super friendly Hungarian gallery. She put a lot of work into getting me a working air con and TV remote. The view onto the park was great. The nearby minimart was a godsend. The 1940s style of lift was straight out of The Third Man! Bathroom was renovated and good.
Not having a remote made me forget I even had aircon. Fortunately I didn't need to Chill but heat to dry clothes was nice when Violetta fixed the remote. . Walls were scuffed and a tad grotty. Only 2 coat hangers? Violetta sorted that. But for the cost, in Rome, I thought it was good value for money.
