Hotel Lunetta

Big room, central AC which is rare in Italy, great location, excellent service with professional staff. This is a little gem in the heart of Rome, highly recommend and will absolutely stay again if we go back!

The Location

The room got very hot, and it was hard to cool down without opening windows.

This is a Boutique Hotel with a fabulous spa and a lively roof top bar.The location is perfect. Very close to some beautiful restaurants and a fabulous ice-cream / gelato shop.We were able to walk to all tbe attractions.

Great location, very good breakfast, internet strong and fast, very helpful staff- helped us find a replacement for an item we had left at home. Can walk to all historic sites and restaurants.

Only complaint was there was little room to open the suitcases, little storage. I guess they could also use some more hooks in the bathroom for towels and toiletries.

Superior room still a bit small. No real view.Plus no airco leading to warm temperature. Window could open but early morning allowed cigafette smoke to come in.

We stayed as three adults (parents and a grandmother) and our two toddlers and hotel Lunetta were welcoming and accommodating - we requested rooms together and they provided us with a two room attached suite, which was a perfect setup. Staff were friendly and patient with us and the children from the get-go, providing us early checkin after a long flight and meeting small needs we requested, including getting baby milk for her bottle each evening! We would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic location! Lovely room, very quiet and comfortable. High quality, great tasting food for breakfast. Friendly, welcoming staff. The spa offered a tranquil respite to the hum of Rome.

Pool was temporarily under maintenance and not available during our stay.

The breakfast was very good and would recommend for an easy sit down before the start of your day.

Would have liked a little firmer pillow and a mattress topper. These are probably things we could have asked for and didn’t realize we could until after we left.

The location is great! A walking distance to all the main historical sites, and, importantly, to Trastevere which offers phenomenal dining options and vibrant bars.The room was clean, comfortable, and specious (for a hotel located in the city center), and the staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also great, but the true gem was the daily visit to the spa. After hours of walking around the rainy city in the midst of winter, spending an hour at the spa's hot tub and sauna was just perfect. The ultimate recipe for recovery!

The check in process was well-handled and whilst waiting, we were offered coffee and this was much appreciated. We stayed in the luxury family suite and this provided good space for our family. Pity we didn’t have time to experience the spa as it looked very interesting. Perhaps, the next time. It was a comfortable stay and breakfast was good with some variety in our two days there.

It was rather noisy on the second night ( Saturday) with possibly party-goers or late night diners. This made it hard to sleep. Our room could have been facing an alley. Also, we wanted to go to the rooftop bar as the sign outside the rooftop bar suggested it was in operation, but when we went up, it was all dark. Perhaps the drinks were to be bought somewhere else. We were not too sure about this. It would have otherwise been a nice spot to unwind.

Everything was perfect. Great breakfast and the hotel was located pretty much in the middle of everything I wanted to see. I dropped off my luggage and explored Rome while my room was being prepared as I arrived early. They texted me when my room was ready.
