Toffa Place In Rome

It was SO CLOSE to the Termini! The staff was nice. There were two areas to hang clothes, two drawers each side of bed and electric sockets each side of bed. Toiletries provided. Bed was comfortable. There was a lift. Good security. Safe.

Room needed updating...maybe just a good scrubby-scrub cleaning...bathroom, too. Could not get showerhead to function. Had to lock our room with a key from inside. Close proximity to Termini made for a noisy street. No fridge. AC not included.

Incredible welcome, we had our privacy, clean beads, and enough space.

Maybe it could've been mentionned that our window would give directly on the church, we would've brought earplugs.

Really close to the station, made transport around Rome very easy.

Smelly, small room. We originally were next to the reception where you could hear every word all night, moved after 1 night. This room was smaller, and the bathroom stunk.Tourist tax is a lot, keep this in mind for a longer stay.

There was an strange smell in the bathroom maybe related to humidity .

The location is very good ! We could walk around all the places we wanted to see. The staff are very helpful, kind and polite. They agreed to keep our big luggages’ after check out, it was very nice!

The room is very small, and the furniture is very old. Maybe it is a time to make a refreshing of the rooms, just my opinion)

Do not recommend.

It smelt like cigarettes that made our clothes and us stink too. When we got there check in was over an hour delayed as the cleaner was cleaning the room. We then got to the room and there was faeces in the toilet which wasn’t flushing so had to get the cleaner to go back in to clean it.

Excellent customer service! Hotel next to Stazione Termini, the main train and metro station in Rome!

The Bathrooms are a bit too small and there's no place to hang clothes in the bathroom.

Hot water got shut off during our stay in the morning and got back 4 hours later We had to ask for the remote to heat up the room in December A bit tricky to find the entrance

Convenient location to train station, very friendly staff, clean & comfortable room.

Just few steps from Termini station, with lot of shops, etc., possibility to left luggage in common area before or after, comfortable bed

Good location, though quite noisy, but fine for one or two nights stay. The personnel was very polite and helpful. Our room was enough for a couple, with storage space, TV, and a decent bathroom.

The blankets were smelly

The location was great, only about a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, which made it convenient. However, the room didn't feel very clean - I noticed small bugs and the bed was uncomfortable. The man at the reception was kind and tried to help, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, being so close to the center meant a lot of noise at night, and it was hard to sleep.

Location to train and metro was perfect. Guest lounge was welcome surprise.

The elevator was a little tight and it was difficult finding the front door. But the cleanliness of the room and helpfulness of the staff outweighed that. It was a g9od stay.

Very very hard to find at night. Signage is only on the doorbell as it’s just a remodelled apartment in a normal apartment building. Room was tiny and noisy. Next time I’llPay more and stay elsewhere

If i can find 0, i will put it, the stay was awful, speacially room is very bad, facilities is not acceptable, they didnt change towels during my 3 days stay, when i ask, ‘reception’ told me every 2 days we change it, in the bathroom water is not going normal, i dont suggest anyone to reserve this hotel!!!
