Lift only fit 3 person. Shd provide slippers in the room because in winter the floor is cold.

Great location and very comfortable room.

The elevator to small amd claustrophobic, but taking the stairs was no problem at all. My advice is just take the stairs and never use the elevator.

Location and last minute availability

Lights in hallway to run were sensor activated. Felt a bit unsafe at first. Walks were thin and could hear guests in room nearby. Elevator took too long to wait for. Refrigerator in room did not work.

The location, it was close from everything (coliseum, fontana di trevi, train station)

My room was right in front of the reception so every time people got there we heard everything which was uncomfortable

This was such a great hotel. The people were so friendly and helpful, the location was great and the room was so nice! I would definitely stay there next time I go to Rome

The staff was courteous and the room was very nice. The stay was great and the location was conveniently located to a lot of Rome attractions.

The elevator is tiny and so is the shower. The shower also had no shelf so really hard to use shampoo/conditioner/soap without opening the door to the sink counter.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the sights and situated in a busy area.

There’s only one elevator for the building but that was fine. The room itself was very clean but on our first night I noticed very small ants in the far corner of the room. I handled it myself and hadn’t seen them return during my stay.

Great location, walkable to all main attractions, clean, helpful staff, Rome has tea and coffee supplies, mini bar. Perfect for a couple of nights stay. Our plane was late and we checked in at 2 am. But the reception worked and they met us very friendly.

It is not a classic hotel, it is located in the apartment building where apartments are changed into a hotel on the 2 and 3d floor. The elevator is rather small like in most old buildings.

Great point near Roma Termini, Fontana di Trevi and also bus stop close to facility. Very kind staff and very clean

Tiny elevator for 2 persons. But works very nice it is just me not fan of small spaces

Size of the room NOT as advertised. Advertised: 26 square meters. Actual: just about 17 square meters. (I measured it)UNACCEPTABLE! Noise: thin walls. Could hear next door neighbors and street noise. Room Deodorizer smell: TOO much in bathroom and strangely enough in room safe. Like a fabric softener smell. So overwhelming had to keep the bathroom door closed. However they put it in the room safe my items still smell 7 days later. Had to throw out my leather passport holder which was ruined. I did tell them on day of arrival no more deodorizer in room as allergic, but it continued to linger.The BAD outweighs the GOOD. As such, would not stay there again. If you as reader decide to book, I'd reconfirm room size.

The location is excellent — very central and within walking distance of all the main historical sites I wanted to see in Rome. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

It was very nice and the staff were really sweet and helpful and kind, they upgraded us to a room with terrace and double bed even though we booked one bed, very kind of them. The rooms were really clean and smells good, it has also a closet and mini fridge.

Nothing everything was great

This hotel was located in an amazing location. In between the colosseum and Trevi fountain. Not a long walk to either. We walked everywhere!! There’s SO MUCH surrounding this hotel. Food, shopping, groceries, pretty much everything we needed! Most people at the shops also spoke really good English! And the staff here did as well!

The bathroom is a little cramped. Not much room on the sink for makeup and what not. The toilet is literally close enough to sink to where you could brush your teeth while sitting on the toilet. Not a terrible thing when it comes to the room. But definitely something I feel I should mention for any possible next guests.

The location is perfect and central to reach anything you want to see in Rome. The room is very clean (and cleaned every day).

The only little problem is that there are alot of noises from the street that still come into the room at night.

The location of the hotel was absolutely ideal for us (maximum 7 minutes walk to the Colosseum). The room (after an upgrade) was sufficiently large. From the photos, it wasn't clear that the view from the window would be into the inner courtyard, which we didn't expect. We appreciated the warmth in the room during the cold days. We would have welcomed having chairs in the room, but since we didn't spend much time in the room, it didn't bother us too much. The staff were super nice.

This is a nice mini-hotel right in the very center of Rome. The room was big and clean and satisfied me entirely.

There was an air conditioning facility or something like that behind the windows of my room that was buzzing so loudly during the night that I barely could sleep. The receptionist didn't know what it was either and couldn't help.

Excellent location, walking distance to city centre and just 10 minutes walk to colosseum
