Genova Hotel

Room had black mold, a strong odor, and broken A/C. I got a cough and felt sick. The room looked nothing like the photos?old, damp, and poorly maintained. Breakfast was low quality. One of the worst hotel stays I?ve had. Do not book this hotel.

The location is great. Just a couple blocks from the Termini Train Station. Easy trip to and from the airport.

The thermostat was locked out for any AC during January. The room was a constant 75F which is really warm. I asked if they could turn on the AC to 70F and all they would tell me is open the windows. Which kinda worked, but outside noise we really loud.

Front desk staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Recommended a great restaurant and breakfast the next morning was wonderful.

Information about luggage storage was not explained correctly when called a month before. Was not told there was a charge.

Stayed just before christmas, excellent location. Close to train station, 20 minute walk to the Colosseum, tons of restaurants nearby. I had a Junior Suite on the inside of the hotel, so I didn't experience a ton of noise from the traffic on the main road

--The beds and pillows are VERY FIRM. --The WiFi is spotty, works 80% of the time, but will drop occasionally --Breakfast is decent, but the same everyday --There is a city tax (30 Euro total for a 4 day stay)

Centrally located with beautiful rooms, plenty of options for restaurants within walking distance as well as many prominent attractions. Right by Termini station making a good base for longer train trips to other towns. Staff was all extremely courteous.

Rooms were dirty and needed updating, shower very small and very poor water pressure, very noisy room and never had a good nights sleep, hotel lobby need to be updated ( looks like a hospital). 4 star rating is misleading, should be 2.5-3 star at best.

Breakfast & aircon! And big rooms

Perfect location for our plans going around Rome. Room was clean and presentable with perfect view. Breakfast was excellent and worth the price for stay. Staff was professional and helpful. I will definitely stay here if I'm visiting Rome again.

Location to the train and subway was amazing

Could barely fit through the door into the bathroom. Very poor design.

1. No Air Conditoning. Had to have windows open all the time. 2. The gave us a first floor room on a noisy, Metro Line street. Noisy all night. 3. Could not adjust small shower. Constantly Hot/Cold, Hot/Cold. 4. Stayed 3 nights. Will not go back.

The hotel is conveniently located near Termini station which is great for people looking to use that mode of transportation. The rooms are large and well appointed.

The breakfast was sub-par. The location is on a main street, so there was significant traffic noise at all hours. While the location is convenient to the train, it is a 20+ minute walk to nearly any attraction.

The Hotel very comfortable, clean and good location. Staff extremely courteous and helpful no matter what the need was: recommending restaurants, guided tours, exchanging currency, needing additional supplies in the rooms etc. Enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was the best with a wide selection. The rooms were very clean and updated. Great location right next to termini for easy access to metro bus and trains.

The staff was great. We had a toilet that wouldn¿t stop running and the staff had maintenance out right away, on Easter Sunday too. Also it is extremely conveniently located just steps from Termini Station, which was excellent for train to the airport.

You do have to pay taxes before you checkout. That was never identified anywhere, which was about 25 Euros per night.

Room was a little worn looking and hairdryer didn't work
