Very clean and helpful staff

We were on 6th floor and in the evenings and early mornings there was noise from chairs/tables being moved in 7th floor because there apparently was no rug or padding on the feet of the chairs Also, there was a loud party on the 7th floor restaurant one evening, which was not really appropriate for quiet for those on 6th floor.

The staff were super helpful and nice!

The breakfast area was rather small, not much to choose from, and dinner was a FIXED menu each night, you didnt really get to choose what you ate?

Impressively equipped, huge and clean fitness facility, although you will need to buy a daily pass which is not included in the room rate. Overall, great value for money though.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Location is a couple of minutes walk from the metro station.

The double beds are too narrow for 2 adults to feel comfortable. Also there are no rooms with 2 single beds

Double bed is small

modern building, very close to the metro, comfortable and clean room and friendly / helpful staff.

The breakfast was very poor. The facility is also serving breakfast as a restaurant / cafe and the people ordering around had nice fancy plates when I was stuck with the stale pastries.. It was really disappointing not being offered some proper options in a place like Rome where you have plenty of other options around. I would recommend you to improve in this area as the facility has good potential.

Hotel restaurant is too expensive

Clean, a few minutes walk to the metro station which is a plus factor. Arrived early but was able to check-in in no time since the room was made available.

The location suited my needs perfectly. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast in their beautiful rooftop cafe. This was my second visit. I was there the year before, also for a week, and I was so impressed with the quality of the accomodations that I made sure to book a room there again. I am planning to return again next year.

The location isnt great in terms of proximity but staff were excellent and friendly. Good gym too . However I was not happy I had to pay 25 euros to use the gym a day. Also the shower was not hot.

The hotel was clean, and overall, we had an acceptable experience. However, we were disappointed with the bed sizes. Despite booking a family room and selecting an adult, there was no bed provided for the child. The beds were also quite small and not very comfortable. While cleanliness was good, as a family, we couldn’t have a comfortable sleep experience. Larger beds and proper accommodations for families would make a big difference.

Quiet street, yet close to a metro station and central location

The cleaning service was not impeccable, one day the room was not cleaned, another day the soap and toilet paper was not replenished. Several days there was no hot water early in the morning, only luke warm. In the afternoon and evening this was fine.

Staff, room is decent and clean.

Breakfast is limited in selection, the same menu everyday!
