Location was OK and the staff are good. The breakfast was good.

Apart from faults in the room which were not fixed, the main problem was very noisy guests in the lounge downstairs that kept us awake each night until about 11:30pm. Perhaps they were attending a conference. The bathroom also flooded without explanation.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and welcoming. The location was good and the hotel was quiet. Comfy bed and clean room. Breakfast was reviewed as "Good" by others but we thought it was very good-especially for the price.

We booked a suite and per the hotel photos it showed a sliding door separating the living/sleeping areas. There was no door. Clerk told us all suites are different. The carpet and furnishings need to be refreshed.

They failed to provide executive room I reserved and paid for in advance with no price adjustment. Failed to provide airport shuttle as agreed even after phone call from airport . Refused breakfast on second day until I agreed to extra charge.

I really enjoyed my stay. Would stay again. Excellent value for the money. Love the location Plenty of cute little restaurants nearby. Was not very touristy. Excellent gelato next-door.. Great morning breakfast. Good staff. In short excellent

The room's air conditioning barely cooled the room to 80 degrees on days where the highs were in the 90s. Also, the Internet and electricity continued to cut out multiple times during the afternoon for multiple days in a row.

We had the room after 15h00 which was a little bit annoying.

Quiet location. Friendly staff. Proper restaurant with western style buffet and 24 hr reception. Secure baggage storage room.

I loved the hotel but just a minor suggestion. For a four star hotel the paper cups in the room for tea and coffee look cheap and nasty. Also a little dangerous. It didn’t affect my overall excellent rating and I would stay at the hotel again.

Good location. Very tired property. Needs a lot of updating. Although don’t need it the elevator is not wheelchair accessible. It’s broken-down.

The staff were very friendly and it was lovely to have something to drink in the beautiful courtyard. It was clean

My single room had a very tiny shower, it was really a mini shower and it was also a complicated placement of the toilet. Someone a bit bigger than me would not have been able to use it.

Decent hotel, and good location within easy reach of most attractions (via uber). Supportive and accommodating staff at reception. Nice foyer/lobby area

Room smelt stuffy on arrival and furnishings/carpet are a bit worn and tired - to be expected to some degree. Couldn't get the AC in the room to work so had to leave the window open but street noise was loud in the evening - not a huge issue though. Having to pay for breakfast by going into the lobby where the card reader had a better wifi signal seemed unnecessary - why not just add the breakfast to the room to pay on departure and keep the experience seamless.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing.
