Cleanliness, Quietness, Location (Colosseum was very close. 5 minute walking.) The hotel was surrounded by restaurants, cafe and mini supermarket.

The entrance front door had stairs, so it was not easy to carry heavy suitcase.

The free access to a mobile device with free data to take out into the city

The internet was almost non existent in our room, we had to go to the lobby to access the wifi

All the individuals at the reception and otherwise were extremely helpful. A special thanks to hotel employee who made us feel welcome and took good care of us!

Very clean, tasteful accommodations. Very good value for the money, great location, yet quiet… staff was all wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was good, again well done by the staff. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great, friendly and helpful staff who cares! Rooms were bigger than what I expected at this price. Location is great close to Colloseum, Forum, Piazza Venecia, lots of different places to eat, walkable to main attractions, metro station.

Shower cabin is a bit too small, probably can bother claustrophobic people, and you may bump your head to a soap holder. Could benefit from an extra power socket near the bed (had to disconnect the bed lamp). But that's hair picking, just to answer something.

Great location, close to monuments and lots of restaurant and coffee shops nearby. 7 minutes walk to the Colosswum.Nice breakfast. Nice staff, rooms are clean ans basic. Very happy with my choice and would stay again if i am back in Rome.

Could have used an extra blanket in the room as it was unusually cold days.

We had a wonderful stay Casa Santa Sofia during our visit to Rome. The staff at the reception were exceptional—always warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They provided great advice on local attractions, which made exploring the city so much easier.The room service was top-notch, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.The only downside was that the hotel sockets weren’t compatible with our phone chargers, so we had to find separate adapters. Apart from that, everything else was great.Overall, we highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome!

Kind of everything. The location and the staff were amazing! The area (Monti) is wonderful and big sights like the trevi fountain, colosseum and more are not that far away. The interior was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the fact that they let you store your stuff even after or before check in is so great. So all in all great value for money.

The beds were comfortable and lighting in room was good. Location is in the centre of the city and you don’t need transport.

They took from us city taxes (it's ok) but also they took some kind of guaranteed money, which was not returned yet, after 5 days from check out. Hotel said , it usually appears on the bank account the same day of check out. If not bank must return this money. We are waiting.

I loved the location, a wonderful cafe within steps of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A great value for this place.

Bathroom a little on small size, but all showers in Italy are not meant for big and tall.

There was some construction work happening close to my room which was disturbing in the morning.

Centrally located, cafes and amenities close by, clean and very helpful team

A bit of noise coming from below in the square as several establishments were open late. Also, no TV in the room, which is not a big deal as we are not there to watch TV. When I booked on this site, we were surprised to have to pay another $300 plus as we were told that we didn't indicate an additional person??? Only Booked for one? That's disappointing. I find too frequently when booking on this site or Expedia, etc...there is always an unpleasant surprise.

Great location and very friendly staff, but there was a construction in the building and the windows would open toward the construction so l couldn’t keep the window open .There was no coffee, tea or any kettle to warm up water! No extra towels and also you could hear the cabinet doors are slamming in other rooms all the time.
