- Pictures are very misleading ! On first day, there was no water pressure. The next day, no more hot water. AC is very loud and doesn't cool the room. Room is old and in great need of repairs and renovation. An electric outlet makes sparks when you plug in
- Only concern was some of the black mould in the shower and the dampness of the bathroom in general. The shower seemed to always leak out as the door wouldn?t close/seal entirely. The only other thing would be small stains on some of our bedding or towels.

Extremely nice owner and staff. Great location, one subway stop away from the train station but not overrun by tourists. Lots if reasonably priced restaurants. Good breakfast each morning at lively cafe across the street. Room was a little small but ok.
It's not fancy and our bathroom was small, but it served our needs.
Great staff, perfect location from the Termini station and the major points of interest. The room was very clean with all the basic amenities you would need including A/C. Host has great food recommendations!
