Pros +
- It was close to the train station and everything important. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was so helpful in giving us tips and travel advice. Staff spoke multiple languages. They real went out of their way to help us.
- Excellent facilities for a one-night stay, conveniently located right near Termini Station. The 24-hour reception was a huge plus for flexibility.
- Very close to Roma Termini, just 1 block away. Very close to the restaurant and grocery and the staffs are very helpful and accommodating
Cons -
- It was difficult to find. There is a similarly named hotel on another floor. The building this hotel is in is not in good shape.
- It was quite noisy at night, but it’s out of the hotel’s control, light sleepers might want to keep that in mind.
- Noise at night like somebody's dragging something heavy close to midnight, noise from people talking outside the hotel

Perfect location if you'll be using Termini (train station), as it's less than a 5 minute walk. Lots of restaurants in the area. Staff helpful. Room very simple, but clean and had the basics.
Small rooms and very simple amenities (no fridge, etc.). Some of the rooms open directly to the lobby/entrance so you will hear anyone coming or going.
The location was good very close to Termini Station. Clean and comfortable room.
Staff not always present. Not all staff spoke English. No sitting area at the hotel.
Location
Small, hard bed, extremely small bathroom
Just across Roma Termini station, restaurants and shops just downstairs. Courteous and helpful staff especially Aileen (female reception) and the black gentleman cleaning during the day. No breakfast but the room is provided with snacks, coffee, tea and a kettle. Daily cleaning too (which I waived by putting up do not disturb sign). Big and firm bed, good pillows. Has airconditioning and a mini fridge which I appreciated. Has 24hr reception, I felt safe during my entire stay. Overall a good stay for a few days if you want to be close to the terminal
Building is quite old and is shared with other hotels. Has an old elevator which I did not use since the hotel is located only on the 1st floor. Can get noisy during the day, the street it is on is busy (can be resolved by closing the windows tightly). Building also vibrates a little when the tram passes by, the tramway is just beside it. Shower area is small, can’t stoop. The shower faucet is outside the shower curtain. Flush is strong, but needs to refill for a few minutes first if you’re doing multiple flushes.
The only positive thing about this hotel was its location, it was just a 5-minute walk to the train station, which was very convenient.
However, the negatives far outweighed that. The property seemed more like an old apartment converted into a “hotel,” and honestly, I don’t think it even deserved one star. We booked it without noticing the rating, but after staying there, I would not have given it even that.We arrived late at night and only planned to sleep a few hours before leaving in the morning, but it was impossible to rest. The place felt extremely unsafe, the door couldn’t be locked properly, and all night I was stressed about someone breaking in and stealing our belongings. To make matters worse, we heard shouting and fighting outside two or three times during the night, which made the experience even more frightening. There wasn’t even a proper hotel sign outside, so it was hard to find. Overall, it felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Next time, even if I have to pay two or three times more, I would choose another place in the same area as long as it is a proper, safe hotel.
It is a budget hotel, but it is clean, comfortable, and functional. Plus, it's right beside Termini station, so great if you arrive late, etc.
Even for a European hotel, the shower was *very* small. Larger guests may not be able to use it comfortably, or at all.
The hotel was close to the train station Rome Termini which we chose because of this. We could get to the Metro and airport easily at the station. Staff on duty friendly. Twenty four hour reception (person at night is more like a night watchman).
The fridge in the room was not very good did not cool the water or small items like yoghurt we stored there.Very small. Shower room very cramped. Room noise from other rooms a bit, not loud. I don't know if you would really call it a hotel. Its more like a series of rooms on one floor with a front desk and nothing else.
The location was perfect just next to Termini station, there was a kettle and free gifts , like tea, biscuits, and sugar
The room size was not that much big, but was OK with a private bathroom, the door lock looks not familiar if it's locked from inside you can open it easily from inside as it's not locked, and the bed just opposite to the door.
Good Location and staff kind and polite
This hotel is highly overrated. Despite the claim of recent renovations, the room felt dirty and poorly maintained. There were visible signs of humidity in the bathroom, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. The worst part was the constant noise — you can hear every step in the hallway and staff talking to guests early in the morning. The window sound insulation is terrible, letting in all the street noise as if the windows were open.Honestly, this hotel does not deserve its rating or its price. I absolutely do not recommend it.
The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly people and the room is bigger and everything was sitting well
Luigi is the best; he is friendly and helpful. He always has a smile and is ready to help. The staff is very friendly in general.
At times there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, sewer like smell. That is something they have to work on.
The following are what we liked best:1. Excellent location for connecting to tours and travel. Roma Termini is walking distance. 2. Staff were very helpful, especially the young lady (don't know name) who was there when we arrived.3. There is someone available 24/7.4. Room was clean, comfortable, and adequate for our needs. 5. Very reasonable price.
The following were not particularly bad for us, but might be a concern for some people:1.The building is old and you have to enter passcode to enter. Not a problem for us but for someone used to traditional hotel they may not like.2. The rooms are lower lever and close to a very busy street. To us, we didn't notice much noise, but someone else might.3. Unlike a lot of other low-priced B&Bs or hotels, there is not a breakfast served. For us, not a problem, as we had to leave early for airport. Also, there was coffee/tea and snacks in the room that could serve as small breakfast.
The location one block from the Termini. The Green Line bus stop is on that street in front of the building.
Room felt cramped. Tiny shower and bathroom.
The room was really good, clean and spacious.
We booked around 23 hrs at night, so it was already paid, but the receptionist was sleeping so he didn't open the door. Luckily, there were some residents who opened the door for us. After that, he was a little angry, so it was really awkward, because it was too late at night, asking to check the pay, how did I pay, check the receipt, who opened the door for us and why, check confirmation mail and everything, and for the city tax he didn't even had change, I told him it was OK, and he didn't say anything.
This is a budget hotel right next to Termini station and airport bus stops, etc. which was what we wanted on this visit. It's very convenient, with restaurants and pretty well everything needed close by. The neighbourhood feels safe to walk around even at night, much more so than in the past. Someone was always on duty just inside the door, and the staff were all very helpful. The street is noisy, as expected in this location, but closing the window stops most of the noise. The building elevator had a door problem, but the hotel is only one floor up so it's no problem even with bags. Although there's no breakfast, some packaged snacks are provided in the room with tea and instant coffee. The bathroom was very compact, but this is a budget hotel and it does the job.
|The shower door tended to roll shut unless held back, but that's a minor detail.
the location and the rooms were clean and staff were very helpful
the price I booked it at was a bit higher than most other places in the area but otherwise I liked everything here. its a nice hotel.
EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL, AIR CONDITIONER WORKED WELL, CLEAN, BED WAS COMFORTABLE
NO WHERE TO SIT, LIGHT SWITCH OUTSIDE BATHROOM DOOR (LIGHT WOKE UP FRIEND IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT), LOTS OF STREET NOISE, SHOWER TOO SMALL,
