Hotel Nautilus

I do not recommend this hotel. The photos online are deceiving and look nothing like the hotel or rooms. The outside was dirty, the inside was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke that had permeated the filthy carpets. No one spoke English.

The staff went above and beyond our expectations.

Tiny shower, that is the only thing that was below expectations.

Poor breakfast (only sweet, no ham, no eggs), shabby furniture, missing soap, strange noises, always on ambilight on the ceiling

The breakfast is not eatable, how can they charge guests for that kind of breakfast? We paid for breakfast, but after the first day, I never went back. And the breakfast room, if you can called that a breakfast room, it was so small, there were about 3 tiny tables, seat for two.

The reception could be a little more presentable.

Proximity to Vatican City

The breakfast is just cheap bread cookies pastry with eaither coffee tea or juice. Too expensive for the price. The toiletries is just cheap paper cup, you have to ask the desk for a small bar of soap. No toothbrush and shaver.

Location was great close to transport, supermarkets and attractions. Staff was very helpful, and Franco made us feel welcome. The room was a good size and very comfortable

Close to Vatican City, good air conditioning

Bed was hard. Amenities were overstated. Breakfast was bread & Jellies plus small danishes. Wasn’t notified the check-in was on the second floor of the building.

A small hotel with very friendly and hospitable staff. Good location close to metro stations and the Vatican.

Comfortable and very warm.The receptionist who is also the lady helping on the breakfast is very gentle and friendly.Very safe as the entrance door is most of the time closed.

Not much to say but adding some fresh fruit for breakfast would be top notch.

Locatio is very good.Hotel staff are very friendly.

Shower cabin is small. Soundproofing is low.

The location is close to Vatican. The Prati district is clean, not turistic, more locals, and many good places to eat and to drink, good shopping. The staff was very friendly, especially Daniela.

The breakfast can have some fruits and vegetables.

Air conditioning didn’t work well at it was very hot. The breakfast was minimal.

The room was quite clean and well-organized. The hotel location is perfect to walk around main touristic places in Rome. The staff was helpful to spend comfortable stay in the hotel. I totally recommend the hotel

In the first night, sink of the shower was clogged and drained slowly. The staff quickly responded but couldn't solve the problem. We didn't see the same problem again for other nights.

The hotel staff was very friendly, caring and helpful. That made our stay extra special. The room was good for three and it was very clean. Cleaning was done promptly every day. Breakfast was continental and we enjoyed it. Coffee was great. We enjoyed the location very much. Not in a touristic area and many nice restaurants near by and the world's best Ice-cream Shop. Also a lego shop very near by.

The breakfast was missing fruit.
