The location was perfect for a Rome city trip. It’s a nice, spacious apartment (not a hotel) and very close to the metro station.

The bathroom smelled somewhat unpleasant, and the sink drain was broken. The air conditioning was noisy, making it hard to control the room temperature. I’m not sure this lives up to the high review score of 9.3 or the price paid (excluding breakfast).

Location is very close to the train station. You can walk to it no problem. Staff was prepared and room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was really nice at Timothy’s with great atmosphere.

It was beautifully appointed from the front door all the way to the unit. Exceptionally clean and modern. Everything worked fine and just gorgeous furniture and fixtures. A They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs and way above and beyond for us. Showed us the area recommendations on the map. Love this place and cannot wait to come back.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very kind and helpful, breakfast was good, and although the main sights were about 20 minutes away, the location was still convenient.

The hotel doesn’t have a terrace, but we already knew this when we booked, so it was not a problem

A little far out from the attractions but very manageable walks.

Wonderful property and rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location - easy and safe walking distance to many attractions and the Metro/ train station.

They do not offer breakfast - however there are ample options nearby.

Breakfast was a couple of doors up at Timoty's, with fantastic staff and an exceptional buffet.The suite was spotlessly clean, and with high quality fixtures and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The street was quiet considering the area. The park and train station were both within walking distance.

Proximity to the main train station and metro line. Plenty of storage space.

Not sound proof as advertised. Could hear muffled conversations and iPhone alarms in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay AT 41. Everything was great from the size of the room and bathroom comfortable bedding, clean, everything new and excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff thank you to the young gentleman who welcomed us at reception and gave us ideas of what to do and see. We were worried that our room being right by reception would be noisy. But it was actually very very quiet. Breakfast option would have been nice but this is under development and will be ready later but there were a lot of excellent places close by. we will definitely be back here again.
