Hotel The Brand

Room was comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff was helpful.

Not close to any restaurants or shops. Was Ok after figuring out what bus to take to get into town. The first night the hotel had a restaurant come pick us up to take us to their restaurant to have dinner. A little pricier than I planned on for dinner.

The breakfast served was great. Nice variety of different food groups and felt well fed each morning. The staff was friendly and always helpful.

It is far from anything and the bus does not always come when it's supposed to. There should be a bus coming twice per hours and sometimes it's just once or it skips until the third time.

Friendly personnel. Tasty breakfast. Very large parking lot.

Convenient location & the closest bus stop is less than 100 m close.

Not a lot restaurant around the place, you’ve to go with the public transportation or Uber.

We travel to the center with taxi and prices are very good, The bets part beside breakfast was dinner we have 3 choices to pick from meal, and all the food was prep to order and serve hot and fresh and tasty.

The shower is awkward. The king size bed were two twins when you turn, they shift. Room was not fully cleaned before assigned to me. During my clean, I found jelly smeared on the table from the previous guest.

We like because they have a big parking space and the front desk are nice.

It's clean and decent value for money. The breakfast buffet was bigger than expected

Musty rooms but at least the windows open so one can let some air in. Quite outside the center

Facilities are good. No gym though

The manager Fabrizio doesn't respond to queries. I have written to him many times and he doesn't bother. I requested a refund but the communication line is very cold or inexistent

Staff and was really great and the food was really tasty.

The room was quite old, the bathroom in poor condition.

The hotel had a spacious, convenient, and secure parking area, which was a big plus. The breakfast was good, and it was great having a restaurant downstairs. The lounge area was comfortable and large, providing a nice space to relax. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the height of the room provided a great view of the city.

Quality of the bedding and towels was below expectations. Also, while the room had a nice view, the curtains were too thin and didn’t effectively block out the light.

The hotel is very nice The hotel staff are helpful and smiling, especially Ziad

Not so close basic

They prepare us breakfast talk away early 6:30 am was nice of them eventhough it's paid but we had to leave early

Location was nice, easy to move around, the hotel was a nice business hotel, comfortable without being exceptionam

Nothing worthy of mention

The breakfast was good, and the TV was good. The large windows were nice, and the room service was great. Definitely recommend the Amarticiana.

The bathroom was quite gross, with soap scum, and hair that wasn't mine. The mattresses were different hardnesses, with my 'double' bed, being made of one nice and one bad mattress, so could only use the one half.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The facilities were good. The restaurant was very pleasant and excellent value for money.

Tired decor, needs a refresh, particularly when considering its 4 star rating.

Mr Stephane at reception was excellent. He gave me good guidance to go around. He was there always when required. BIG THANKYOU.breakfast was very good. Good staff there.

No complaints

Quiet location, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Well, it was good, but I didn’t know where they got 4 stars. No water bottle in the room, no ventilation in the windowless bathroom, some of the furniture kinda grungy and the air conditioning was lame.

I took one banana and biscuit to take into room, The lady Incharge in the breakfast area asked not to take it into the room, very strange

Her attitude was not good

Parking lot was large, ok breakfast, air condition worked well, staff was friendly, and we received an upgraded room.

The facilities were very old, the bathroom smelled bad, and overall considering location, facilities and overall experience, in my view, a bit overpriced.
