Amazing breakfast, location conveniently close to the bus stop. Very clean rooms.

No free water.

The convenience to where I needed to travel to. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and efficient.

No wardrobe to hang clothes or tea/coffee facilities

Clean, good room, nice staff, reasonable breakfast and available until relatively late. Has a restaurant.

The manager was extremely helpful the staff took care of our needs breakfast great ,everything clean and squared away. Compared to many other places I wish I had stayed there longer ,very nice ? JH

The staff is so professional, and we liked the breakfast. The room is what we expected, spacious and so clean!

A little bit noise from other guests we guessed. They talked so loud in the aisle in front of our room at night and early in the morning. But overall, it was perfect

Ok breakfast ( Continental)

On a busy main road but it does quieten down around 11-00 pm.

The address was perfect for me because I had to work nearby. The breakfast was pretty ok. But the room was too noisy because it was facing Via Tiburtina road.

The size of the room was ok. The staff was helpful and nice.

The toilet was dirty. The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting, not touchable. The shower cabinet was too small for a regular person creating difficulties to get a decent shower.It was not possible to hold the shower head due to a broken part. I had to perform a temporary fix to be able to take shower.All in all, the room was not compatible with a 4 stars hotel.

Personally- I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

The A/C sounded like my grandmother’s old washing machine, it was just so noisy, but you needed it on because of the heat. Two of my colleagues were staying in the same hotel and their A/C didn’t work at at and we’re just told to ‘open the window’. Worst of all was that I was bitten by bed bugs and while I only saw one, I ended up with 7 bites - not a pleasant experience. Local habits obviously differ country to country, but I found it frustrating sitting outside the bar surrounded by people smoking dope - and the bar staff ignoring it ?‍♂️

Rooms large and airy,

Location on the side of the large road was very noisy with windows open and hit with windows closed. AC was not operating.Couldn't turn on fridge. No hair dryer. No kettle/tea facilities. Bar didn't serve draught beer

the rooms facing the street are noisy, day and night, due the the continuous traffic. the mattress in my room needed urgent replacement, I was rolling out of my bed.

Average. Nothing at all.

The room was Dark, has 3 beds, we booked a double room. There as building work going on outside the window which we had to have open because the air-conditioning was not working and the room was too hot. We told reception 3 times and nothing was done. When we checked out we complained and were told they could not change the temperature because of the weather!! Terrible.

Location ideal to visit the many industries in the area. The hotel looked good but I had arrived very late and left very early therefore I had no chance to really appreciate or check anything. However room, bathroom and breakfast were ok. Good free parking.

I was hosted in an annex building (old farmhouse) directly overlooking a very noisy road... and was too noisy. Acoustic isolation to be improved. I cannot say anything for the main building

The hotel is located conveniently at the Via Tiburtina, allowing quick access by car. Parking is available and next to the hotel but shared with the restaurant nearby, so in the evening, it might be hard to find a parking spot. Out room was spacious with a clean modernized decor and a balcony; the TV was so small you probably needed a magnifying glass but we didn't come to watch TV. Breakfast was a good variety and served until 10.30, allowing us to sleep in. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant nearby was good although if you don't want to eat pizza every day, the selection in the area is slim. I suggest driving to the next town over for dinner; we ate very well at the Cucineria Duca Re in Guidonia for example.

Wifi was slow and choppy but unfortunately that is the case almost everywhere in Italy. Having a car is a must since public transport so far out is unreliable. I advice using the nearby motorway to drive to the Giardinetti or Anagnina Metro stations and take the metro from there (if it's running)

You cant sleep there

First guy at reception dont open the dorr. After he was like angry that we go there so late . After he explain that room is in another building near with this building. Until here all ok cuz happend everytime. When i go in this small elevator i see the room that is so dirty and so bad. Really so bad smell inside. But after all this more problem was the noise. You never will sleep in night there. I dont know what kind of people and cars have there but i swear don’t t stop all night and i sleep only in early morning. And in front of hotel have PROSTITUTES .

it was very clean and the property is beautiful

The furniture is very low quality, not comfortable, it was not expected to like this at all
