Great location, great staff, a comfortable bed, and a nice shower. Very responsive staff.

No breakfast included in price. Room was very small, low value for money. Noisy due to ongoing restoration work.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The hotel is elegant and beautifully designed. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive — we even received an upgrade, champagne and a birthday cake for my boyfriend, which made our stay extra special. Our room was lovely, and the bathroom especially was very spacious and spotless. The location couldn’t be better: central yet perfectly quiet. We were only there for two nights, so we didn’t have time to experience the spa or breakfast — but we will definitely be back!

The room was on the 1st floor so heard every car that drove past; We were disappointed that the pool was not open earlier in the morning.

Super suite with the best beds. The bathroom was a literal blast. If the best one was this, the others would literally reserve this. Literally a homework desk, which is exhilarating.

I preferred the menu choice which was excellent the 2nd day ... the buffet was good but not as good as a la carte

I thought that it was excellent - could not find an issue ... location good / room fantastic / bar nice / staff simply amazing ... from reception to concierge to lady servicing bedroom - everyone was so helpful ... over my stay spoke to about 10 staff for different reasons and each person could have a degree in hospitality as their interaction was just perfect

We enjoyed our stay at Aleph Hotel. It's a very cozy building, with modern and conformable rooms and the attention from the staff is remarkable.

This comment is not a "we didn't like" comment, just a kind comment. The room for breakfast may be small when there are a lot of residents at the same time. Otherwise is perfect.

The location is quite good and the size of room is good. The most important thing is the bathroom has shattaf shower near toilet .The staff are friendly and helpful.

The window was not soundproof. The street noise can be heard. No free of charged still water that can be used for the coffee machine.

Everything was outstanding.the location is perfect, and the staff were amazing. Everything with a smile and the suite i stayed in were very spacious, luxurious, and comfortable . I didn't eat at the hotel, but that's because of my picky kids ?. Overall, I had a very good stay

I have been to many hotels in Italy, aleph has to be one of the best. We booked a junior suite but upon arriving we had been given a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was beyond clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is superb.

The bed was VERY comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bedding was changed daily.

I put a DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door one day, yet housekeeping kept knocking on the door...After being out shopping, seeing the sights etc. I just want to rest, yet every day hospitality knocked on my door wanting to know if I was interested in buying something. For a 5 star hotel I expect PERFECTION especially considering the price I paid!....An area of the wall in my room needed painting. When I arrived, my room was not ready - and I had no problem waiting. But you could tell it was a quick clean i.e The carpets weren’t vacummed completely and the floors were not swept properly.One day I asked for my room to cleaned and I returned to find that I had no toilet paper and the floors and carpet were not vacummed or swept. In fact it looked like housekeeping spilled some of the contents from the vacumn throughout the carpet.... I just cleaned it myself and purchased my own toilet paper.
