Was perfect

It is close to all the main attractions and the train station. There are great resturants near by. We walked everywhere from hotel. It was very safe. There was great shopping near by. The consierge desk was excellent. Their recommendations were the best

We have stayed here a number of times in the past but this time it seemed that the hotel needed some refresh. We love staying here. Some carpets needed to be replaced.

The room was HUGE!! Great location and wonderful service

There was only 1 restaurant option and it was very expensive

I enjoyed the privacy of a luxurious atmosphere. Palazzo was in the heart of Rome which provide close proximity to major historical attractions.

The Spa was a great experience however a 5Star hotel should provide hot steamed towels during the massage . Hot towels weren't included. The Spa treatment should be upgraded.

The service and the concierge were outstanding. You pay for what you get

From the moment we walked in, until the moment we checked out, every staff member went out of their way to make us not only feel welcomed but to feel appreciated for choosing their hotel. They went over and above to accommodate.

Great staff and wonderful breakfast included in our rate. A genuine 5 star experience.

The hotel is great but your staff and people who work at the hotel are exceptional. This is one of the best hotel experience with had in Europe this year.

The building is nice and location, the lounge bar was cute

The balcony was disgustingly and only made up of 8ft walls with zero view; like a prison cell. It was awful. And My room was with paper thin walls I could hear all the neighbours including the kids at 7am playing instruments, running through the halls, and people talking, laughing, screaming, etc.. super annoying

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was excellent. The restaurant on the ground floor was INEO; it is a one-Michelin-star restaurant, also the best in Rome, in my opinion.

The ventilation in the bathroom was too strong, and the shower curtain was too narrow, making it a cold experience to take a shower.

Great location. My room was comfortable but basic. Nice bedding and towels. No real view. It was very quiet which was wonderful

Concierge Valentina helpful. Gave me a bottle of prosecco for my birthday but tasted awful.

For what we paid I was very disappointed. The staff were nice except for the manager of Seen. We were there for my 50th Birthday and I came all the way from America. He took my drink away and said he would bring me something special for my birthday. I thought it was a complimentary the way he made it sound..but he brings back a drink, it tastes awful! I want my old drink back! And he charged for it! The bed had a rip in the leather. Cheap fixtures. No fan in the bathroom. The incense oil thing smells awful and overpowering. Carpet dirty. Hard to believe was a “five star” hotel. I spent a lot of money for my income and was very disappointed. I felt like it was pretentious without the class.

We spent an unforgettable family weekend at the hotel. The location is very good. The room was very comfortable. The cleanliness and excellent professionalism of the staff made our stay special. Many many Thanks to Miss Gucci! She loves her job and is extremely professional. We can't wait go back to Rome and Anantara Hotel! Thank you very much!

Breakfast got very busy and so service could be a bit slow as the staff felt a bit overwhelmed

The staff was excellent and super helpful. The food was so delicious. The staff went out of their way to help you always smiling and remembering your name.

Overpriced for what it is.

Too big and impersonal. Rooms stuffy. Carpet and curtains. Seems dusty the whole thing.

The staff, age of the building and overall cleanliness was exceptional.

Amenity areas seemed to be used by people not staying at the hotel.
