Located near Termini.

The entrance is filed with garbage, that is the first thing you see walking in. Shower is incredibly small and uncomfortable. Floor didn't feel so clean either...there were no towels left, so I literally had to use the carpet to dry myself because I wasn't waiting till the host brought it.

Location is great, only 4 minutes from the train station in Rome. There are also good places to eat nearby.

Ability to call the host is important. Check in is a bit complicated but I like the set up of this hotel, it's very Italian.

I had a wonderful stay: the room was spotless and comfortable, the staff friendly and attentive. The location is convenient for nearby attractions and public transport, and the hotel’s calm atmosphere made it easy to relax after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Everything as expected, nothing negative to add.

Great location, we expected two single beds but we got one single and one double which was a bonus (grateful!), the room was secured by multiple level entries (you have a gate outside and then floor gate and then the room door).The room was clean and tidy. Also the staff were good and friendly , even though we rarely saw them. Also the view of the street from the room from such a high floor in the morning is wonderful and protects from unnecessary noise.

The water in the shower builds up, but it does not flood so it’s okay.The water sometimes can be a bit weak for some reason.

Davide, the owner was very accommodating and helpful. The cleaning lady is very warm and efficient.

Location near Termini station is excellent. The room was relatively clean.

The shower is tiny. The lift is tiny.

No help desk during the day , we have to text to desk if we need anything. Sure they respond fast . The shower room was really small (2x2 feet)

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance from the main terminal station, which is very convenient. The staff, including the owner, are helpful, friendly, and speak good English, which made communication easy.However, the overall experience was disappointing. The room was extremely basic with old furniture, Cleanliness was acceptable, but there were no facilities available at all, making the stay feel overpriced for what was offered.

There was no reception when needed, I had to pay an extra 20€ because I arrived after 11. The shower wasn't working, had to take a bath in the sink. Communication was impossible, and the lady was not able to speak English.

The location is excellent and easy to get to using public transportation. A lot of excellent restaurants nearby as well as a small Monoprix.

I always stay near Termini. The hotel was very convenient to the train station, public transport, and dining services. The room was very clean.

My room was right off the lobby and other guests came in after midnight and were taking and visiting outside my room which woke me up. I know they can't control other people, but maybe a sign letting people know they shouldn't make noise when coming and going late in the evening or early in the morning would be advisable. I would also suggest they put a few sanitary cups (sealed in a wrap) in the room for taking medications. Alternatively a complimentary bottle of water for guests when they check-in would have been nice. Of course, I could have bought my a bottle of water for a euro when I was out and about, but I didn't realize there wasn't a cup in the room until I was already in for the night. There was a cup-like vessel in the bathroom but I didn't trust that it was sanitary.

It's okay if you are just looking for a room to stay. Friendly staff/owner. Near to Termini station. Shower room too small, if you are 2xl size , you won't be comfortable. Owner offer me a kettle to use but i have a small kettle with me.
