Lungotevere Suite

We loved our little apartment. We were in and out pretty quickly but I would¿ve loved to have had wine on the lovely deck. Quick easy check in. Right next to the train station for an easy early departure.

Location was excellent, price very good, clean room, close to train station, tram and bus stations...

The had a small kitchen available with stove, fridge and dishes.

Once we figured out the bus lines, it was great. There is a bus stop right ouside of it. The first day we did a lot of walking because we didn’t know any better.

The terrace was fabulous! Roberto, at reception, was extra friendly and helpful. Close to Trastevere train station and easy walk to Testaccio and Trastevere. Take tram to center.

Floors weren't clean enough for bare feet, but otherwise clean.

Easy to reach, nice location, comfortable bed and bathroom, a balcony available as well as safe, kettle, tea, coffee, sweet snacks, refrigerator with water, and sodas included, heating place and small sink

Some rust spots on the balcony table (a very minor issue, however)

I loved the balcony. The room is very clean. I did not have breakfast. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night. We were allowed to leave the bags in the hotel for a few more hours after check-out, and we could enjoy Rome a bit more until our flight.

I liked everything.

Everything was perfectly described, a very good accomodation! Size is big. Room was cleaned everyday. All complete with amenities, especially in the kitchen and bathroom area. Perfect for long stays. Terrace was huge, giving us a relaxing mood.

The location. It's far from the city center. There is access to bus, tram, and train stations, the nearest is the bus station. However, bus schedules are not always on time. The tram and train station are quite a walk (more than 10 minutes).

The staff were so nice to us, and the location was OK for us, there is a supermarket a few minutes ' walk away, a bus station, and a metro station also. Except the bed - the facilities were ok, we didn't need to worry about anything. The minibar was free

The bed is short, we slept six nights uncomfortably at all, and the weekend was so noisy at night that it was hard to sleep.

It said you have to pay twenty euros for the gym. I went three days and there was no charge. The fridge was great.

The room was spacious and bright

The property does not have a working gym as it is advertised. Guests have access to an empty room in the gym next door and can pay 20€/day to access the full gym. There is no reduction for hotel guests. Also, I requested bigger pillows on the first day and never received them. Finally, it is extremely annoying that guests cannot control their own AC and must WhatsApp the hotel managers.

The hotel is well located, very close to Trastevere train station and to other public transport and within a reasonable walking distance from the historical centre for those who like to walk

I don't like much the idea of being in a hotel/serviced apartments without front desk at all outside of the working hours

The room had a smell, and when windows opened for ventilation, not much changed. Everything is heavily used. The towels were very thin and with a hole. The neighbourhood is very noisy and doesn't feel safe. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The location is absolutely perfect! Walk distance to everything you need. Nice view, not noisy; we’ll definitely stay again. Great value for sure! Clean and new rooms! We totally got what we were expected. Stuff (specifically Andrea) was really helpful with responses to the texts and ordering the taxi when we asked to! Thank you!

Excellent apartments. Very clean, with hotel-like service. Great location – within a 30-minute walk to the most popular attractions and restaurant area.

The check in process was very easy and convenient as I arrived in the night. The suite was clean and comfy nice for 1 or 2 person stays.
