The room is clean and the breakfast is good.

There is no coffee maker or tea pot in the room. No complementary bottle water.

Bed is comfortable.

Room is very dirty and bathroom need maintenance.Breakfast need improvement. I never never plan to come again to this hotel.

I was disappointed at my stay.

The prise in the booking.no was including tax. But when I arrived at the hotel they ordered me to pay 30euros extra. And they gave me a room with out shower enclosure. I asked the receptionist to change me a room with extra payment. But the receptionist told me with disrespectful manner that he didn’t have a room. When I checked out I discovered that I forgot an Item in the hotel. I made a call and told them that I forgot a thing in the hotell, but they said there was nothing in the room. I was disappointed at my stay in the hotel.

Price is economical for Rome, but naturally it’s a but out of the old center. There is a supermarket right across the street. Breakfast is basic but it has everything we need.

WiFi in the room is unreliable.

Awsome location in the city! Not everyone could figure out why!!

Not as clean as expected, hallways were left with a lot of debris, poorly maintained like a derelict hotel in which the owner does not care about at all.breakfast was scheduled to last till 10:30, but not a coffee was available at 10 am! hair dryer wasn't working, shower drain was semi clogged.

Rate was good and there was free parking. Room had issues with cooling and the front office was good enough to quickly respond and give a new room in middle of night

Size of the room was very small.

Breakfast good. The staff were nice and helpful.

The room was not very clean. I explained this and it was still not clean after it was visited. I was shoes to see a cockroach in my bathroom which I did not report ion the last day. I could have asked for some refund but didn’t have the time to explain or change rooms as was leaving.

Nice and calm locality next to supermarket, but it is of out of the way from the subway and city centrum. Hotel was very comfy and staff was nice.

The breakfast could definitely use improvement.

Room floor was challenging

Super dirty and somehow another guest opened our door with their key card

Distance sucked but that’s kind of more on us for not realizing. The room was not clean there was hair everywhere, stains of something, paint splattered everywhere, lights didn’t work, doors were cracked, floor was ripping up, and somehow someone was able to open our locked door with their key card. All in all I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Some of the staff members were nice

The location is very bad. It’s very far from the main centre. Some of the cars were broken in right in front of the hotel! Staff was rude. Breakfast was very bad

Carpet stains, rusty equipment

Avoid this hotel because you will be disappointed. Rated 4 stars but you will get carpet with stains and old rusty equipment.For the same amount of money I could get better places.I don't understand how the management of this hotel accepts to rent these rooms in these bad conditions without renovation.

Location I like the staff.

Plumbing issues, no hot water,no running water,I got handicap room which I'm not handicap. I reserved room 6 months in advance.
