- It?s proximity to the train station
- The location and the staff at the front desk was great.
- beautiful room and shower. Nice staff. Clean room and good AC.
Cons -
- Toilet doesn?t work. Just a hanging wand. Good pressure though. Extra large step to get to door and bathroom. Definitely not for physically challenged or hard of sight people. It was like a stage, not a step. Snack machine almost empty. Desk control AC
- This place has bed bugs. I¿m thankful I saw the bites and that I didn¿t bring any home. Angelo at the front desk is a very rude man.
- It was "walking distance" from the termini station, but over cobblestones almost the whole way. I thought the wheels of my luggage would fall off. I would take a taxi next time. The beds were nice but two small beds pushed together. I needed 2 beds
