Room air conditioning didn?t work. No toiletries. Toilet seat was broken. Shower was moldy and had someone?s left over stuff still in shower

The staff were amazing. It was our anniversary and the staff recommended some amazing places to eat and place to go for a drink.

Location was great- The food was impressive- Way better than I expected. Set up was nice

A little disappointed the hot tub and sauna was not available - I asked to see it and they said I couldn't- felt the ladies there were lying about it-The gentlemen who checked me in.I asked him if it was open he said tomorrow.

There were steps to get to the elevator and also to get to breakfast, which made it difficult for my elderly mother.

The main property is nice. Most pictures online are of the main property. There is a 2nd property that is clean but not in as good of condition that they book into when the main property is full. It was called the Hotel Riva.

The room and property we checked into had a very small bathroom. My husband could barely squeeze through the opening. The queen bed (2 bed pushed together) was big but too big for the room. Your carry on luggage can barely roll by. The AC didn’t work.We asked to move. We were given a bigger room with a larger bathroom. This was better but again the AC didn’t work and the best solution was leave the balcony door open with a fan.

Nice location.Across the street from a public beach and good restaurant.Full breakfast in a nice dining area included with the room. Hotel staff arranged a shuttle to the airport - good price.Staff person in the afternoon, Fabio, was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to assist me which made the stay very enjoyable.

The air conditioning unit in the room did not work very well.

Room very small bathroom too small and the heating wasn't t work

The staff was exceptional—friendly and eager to please. While the initial rooms had noticeable deficiencies, the management promptly upgraded us to the best available option. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction made a positive impression.

The floors had accumulated dirt that clearly required a deep and thorough cleaning. Additionally, the air conditioners were noisy, and the overall infrastructure felt outdated and in need of renovation. These issues significantly impacted the experience.

Hotel had no heat, I had to keep a winter coat on. It took a lot of complaints to finally get moved to a much better room. During a rain storm the floor got very wet.

It took too long to get someone's attention

Close to tram/bus station. Close to some nice areas for eat something on the go. Beach view and the morning breakfast was absolutely perfect. I asked for balcony and they accommodated my request, appreciate that, views were great!

Had an issue with door knob being too noisy when closing but other than that, it was great

Looking for a bed for a night near airport and this was perfect, walk along the coast road plenty of places to eat.

The hotel was close to the beach and the staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfy and the room a good size.

The hot tub was too dirty to use even after someone spent the morning trying to solve the problem. The floors were quite dirty and the air conditioning didn’t work on the final night.

The hotel consists of several buildings next to each other. The location is very close to the beach and has lot of open parking. The city center (Ostia) is in a walking distance. Additionally, there is private parking for hotel guests with restricted access. The breakfast served at the main building and provides all you need.

The place could have been great 30 years ago, now the whole area hotel including should be reconstructed. The hotel is very close to beach and to train stop. It takes only 30 minutes to get to the Rome.

Everyday cleaning of the streets and the beach would be useful. Some repairs in the hotel are needed (window couldn´t be closed).

1- Gent's Receptionists Are kind and helpful2- Breakfast with nice Staff 3-:Nice Beach with the nice sunshine! 4- Stella Train Station about 10 minutes Walk.

But unfortunately 1- Ladies Receptionist Are not kind and helpful 2- Management of the Restaurants and cafe as well Around the beach they Where not kind persons!?.Special for the Tourists!?.

We were satisfied with breakfast, it was good. Beach was fine, during weekend a little bit overcrowded. Accommodation also fine, maybe the cleaning lady could clean also the balcony which was full of sand.

We don t have any objections. Maybe at the baginning we have problem to find the place.

The property is by the sea and within walking distance train station, easy to commute to Rome.

Our room was in the atick. It was sold to us as a room with sea sea view. (The views however were totally obstructed by tall wall/ a buit up balcony). The bathroom was unkept: grimy shower cubicle. The problem was left unresolved even was reported straight away to receptionist (pictures provided). The soap dispenser was falling off the wall. The shower door was also falling off the rails, letting through water everywhere. The entire block was dated, tired looking and needed a thorough maintenance. The electric gates did not always work. Coffee supply in the room we're not replenished daily despite our repeat request ( max 1-2 sachet left for 2 people. Central heating left on at night, despite the warm weather.
