Pros +
- The staff was very nice and very helpful! Great location - walkable to restaurants and the Spanish Steps. There was nice little grocery store across the street and a wonderful deli next door.
Cons -
- I called prior to our stay to confirm about air conditioning. The day before our stay, I received a email that the air conditioner was not working and the elevator stopped working 2 days into our 5 day stay
