The Independent Suites

There is no indication when you book the room that the room is in the main building or the secondary building. And while the staff was kind in loving my belongings for me- the second location feels very secluded. I was nervous for safety.

This hotel is very convenient to the Metro Terminal station, which was great. The room was very clean. Their staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Their restaurant on the rooftop was great to look out over the city.

Location, style, and staff. All outstanding.

Location and modern decor

Rooms were small and in a residential building / not in actual hotel.

The location, staff and bedroom itself (modern and clean) were simply great! They made our experience on Rome much more pleasurable and we were able to do much time with our time there due to its convenient location. We were very happy with the experience

The only thing I disliked was that our bedroom was in a separate building. It just felt disconnected - yet the experience per say was very good.

Our family of 4 had a very comfortable stay in Rome thanks to the spacious suite with excellent A/C, mini fridge, 2 clean and spacious bathrooms and well lit, separated bedrooms. Breakfast on the terrace was an additional charge, but well worth it.

The walls are not well insulated and it is very easy to hear those in other rooms which can be annoying when your neighbours return home quite late.

The staff was the most helpful and friendly I have ever encountered in my world travels. One of our party did not receive their luggage from the airlines and the staff worked everyday of our stay calling the airline on his behalf. Excellent!

Close proximity to Roma Termini

The Suites (not hotel) was located in another building and there was still a lot of construction.

The loacation was great! Bed was very comfortable and enjoyed the welcome snacks and drinks in the minibar. Bathroom was wonderful! Loved the rain shower.

I did not like the size of the room. For a family room with three people it was very uncomfortable. There was no closet space except some room above a safe- no place for luggage! Returning the metal key to the staff was cumbersome (each time leaving).

Location

Annex of main hotel was a building with other private appartments. Some under construction in progress.

Good service, large room, good location.

Wifi internet connection was very slow with a lot of cuts. I advise those who need a good wifi connection to avoid this hotel.

Very clean, good location, excellent service! I felt safe as a woman staying alone.
