Staff were decent. Tried to help as much as possible. Although they were not able to help in checking out a bit later as we had a later flight.

Firstly the bed mattress was poor. Very unsupportive, woke up with back pain. Basic furniture but passable. Toilet ok. Shower head and hand shower poor as it did not adjust to height. The rain shower head did not work properly. Tv very small. Breakfast was very basic.

- Staff was really friendly and helped us with a city map and locations to go to- Staff even provided us breakfast alternatives according to our dietary restrictions- Rooms were clean- Budget friendly- 10 mins walking from Valle Aurelia station (Metro Line A, FL trains to FCO Airport)

- Location is far away from Rome center but right next to Vatican city- The terrain is not flat and if you are not taking a bus be ready to pull your luggage uphill for a few mins- There is a bus stop right outside with a direct bus to/from city center but the bus frequency is unpredictable

Very large and comfortable family room. AC very good. Great breakfast. very quiet room. We stayed here to attend an.event at the Vatican. Hotel has a bus stop that stops right outside the hotel

I little far from Rome downtown (but close to Vatican city).

The hotel is peaceful and quiet, with comfortable beds. As a family of four, we stayed in a two-room unit with two king-size beds and a small shared balcony, which we used to dry our towels — that was very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly; they resolved our issue with a key card locked inside the room immediately and with a smile. Both the room and the bathroom smelled fresh and clean.Breakfasts were relatively modest, but everyone can find something to their taste (I would have appreciated more vegetables — only tomatoes were available).Parking was available for an additional fee of €10 per night in the courtyard of a nearby partner hotel, which was very convenient.There is a bus stop nearby, but since the Vatican is just a 10-minute walk away, we only used it once.I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

The only negative thing I can think of was a strange sound the shower occasionally made while in use — actually, it probably wasn’t the shower itself, but something related to water pressure or the boiler... I’m not sure, but it sounded a bit like a landing airplane

Great service and very helpful personell . Absolutely above standard. Bed cover, sheets changed every day. All room cleaned every day.

Outside the room there were fire stairs with the very bright light shining straight into the bedroom window. Even closing the curtains did not help , in the night there was just light in the room which made falling a sleep difficult. The sink and shower were constantly stucked . The water were standing in the shower and sink for a few minutes before it drifted down the pipes. The door to bathroom could not be locked from inside . It was broken down. The small shower did not work , only the big one so it was difficlult to wash. And the fridge was not the real fridge as it did not cool anything so saying there is a fridge in the room is not correct as there is NO fridge in the room.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, excellent location with two buses that take you direct you to Rome center in less than 15 minutes, 10 minute walk to Metro station, mini market and coffee shop 2 mins from hotel, located in safe and quiet area.

Room was spacious comfortable and clean and very quiet The little balcony was a wonderful touchVery modern rooms

The only draw back I would see if you were to stay longer than the one night we did, was the location was a bit far outside of the centre It was ok for us but transport would add up if you had to take it into town every day

Excellent location - only a 10 minute walk to the Valle Aurelia Train/ Metro stop and a 15mins walk to the Vatican Museum.Room was large had good air con and was very clean.Staff were very helpful.

The balcony wasn't clean and the shower head needed fixing.

Comfortable room and amenities;quiet area, and yet not so far from the Vatican;Very helpful staff (even helped in calling for an ambulance when a resident felt unwell in the lobby);very good breakfast;

Metro station is not so close... but after asking the receptionist, I found out that the bus stop opposite the hotel leads to it.

We had a fabulous stay! The front guest staff were extremely helpful with excellent communication. The breakfast was superb. Our rooms were very comfortable, especially the mattresses. The bus stops right outside the hotel made transportation very easy.

We had five rooms in our reservation to accommodate 18 people. A couple of our rooms had plumbing issues (loose knobs in the shower, a leaky sink), but it was nothing we could not work around and did not dampen our stay.

Great location, tasty breakfast, comfy clean rooms. Well recommended.

Our second stay here, close to metro, bus lines to city center, 10 mins walk from Vatican and St Peters, quiet and respectful hotel, great breakfast service, but need to go out for evening meals, several good family restaurants nearby.

Mattress was a bit lumpy! But otherwise everything was great.

The hotel room was so spacious. The quadruple room had two sleeping areas. Staff, from reception to breakfast to cleaning, very friendly, helpful, and polite. 2 bus stops right on the doorstep. Metro is a bit tricky to get to with suitcases. Very good value for money

The location was perfect, clean hotel rooms (plenty of towels, shampoo) private parking, great breakfast, very nice staff. They offered us drinks and cake for new years eve, also for 1st of January they let all the guests to check out later and te breakfast was served until 12:00am. We had a fantastic stay in Hotel Nova Domus Aurelia.

Everything was just perfect.
