It’s very comfortable and a quiet neighborhood. The pool is wonderful. The food was also very good.

The room was big and clean. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioner not working. We informed the front desk, they apparently looked into it but the problem didn’t got fixed. Over all the stay would have been more pleasurable if the room had air conditioning.

Verry clean and nice and usefull people on the desk; good breakfast.The breakfast open at 6.30 but a lot of people are expected by the bus to leave almost at the same momentIt looks to me absurd that at 6.25 even if everything was ready a lady from the staff obliged someting like 30 people to wait until 6.30!

The services of the personnel were amazing - we asked them to help us because my wife is very allergic and they helped us very fast and efficiently

Friendly and helpful staff and clean.

No kettle in the room. To get hot water, the hotel downstairs charged .5 euro per cup.

Restaurant, dinner was good. Kicker and pingpong was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not worth it. Cheapest ingrediences, eggs are not real eggs, sausages are awful.

The lowest cost-benefit score I have ever experienced.Small uneqipped room,absence of storage space,toillet in direction to the bed, small amount and non-functionating electric sockets.Very unpleasant part of the town with uncomfortable accesibility to public transport (metro). Designed for low-cost travel agency tours,what you will relize during breakfast. I definitely do not recommend for individual trips.

Quite location nice staff and good facilities

Dinner food was excellent in both the preparation and the taste. Service was excellent. Good wine list for the food served. Free room upgrade was awesome!

Box of tissues would have been appreciated, but not a big problem for 1 night. Best improvement would be to have restaurant service outside and adjacent to the pool. Pool area in underutilized.

Perfectly clean everywhere, nice pool attended by a lifeguard, great restaurant, and contemporary design to the rooms and public spaces. Huge, comfortable rooms, great air-conditioning, and a little fridge in the room that worked perfectly. Fantastic staff all round with a special mention of Ilaria on reception and Stella at the bar. Nothing is too much trouble, incredibly helpful, and a wealth of local knowledge

The gym was a little disappointing this year. I'm hopeful it will have been restocked by our next visit.

The pool area was good , with free parking and good facilities all round , we would definitely recommend this hotel . 17-20€ to the city by taxi . Although there are busses close by if need be . Great staff and really helpful .
