    Pros +

    • Very Clean! Very Easy! Close to the Vatican!
    • The host was very welcoming and supportive, guiding me from the time of booking until check-in. The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony. It’s a new apartment—bright, spacious, and spotless. I really loved my stay, and if I come again, I’ll definitely choose this place.
    • No service no one around to ask questions no coffe n9 breakfast Poor service

    Cons -

    • You have to remove dirty socks from the heater immediately hehe. Check out could be a bit later.. normally in most places is 12 o'clock.
    • The shower was broken and it was inconvenient. The room was very dark.
    • The room is a bit old, but it's fine for a few days. The towels had to be changed immediately, also the hood in the toilet is very dirty.

Self check in. Location and very well working heater what I didn't expect in march but was really useful because outside was still cold.

We liked that there was a kitchen with coffee machine and free coffee. The terrace was very big.

The shower was broken and it was inconvenient. The room was very dark.

The location is generally convenient to attractions. Minimal contact with staff. The free coffee was very good in the morning.

The room is a bit old, but it's fine for a few days. The towels had to be changed immediately, also the hood in the toilet is very dirty.

    - Amazing location.- Super clean.- Close to bus stops.

    - Only 20 minutes of hot water at a time, before you have to wait for the hot water to replenish. Excellent water pressure & several jet functions. - You learn to shampoo first!

It's in a good location for using public transport, such as buses. The room was tiny, but a separate toilet and shower with a small balcony was nice. The option to use the kitchen was also a plus. The staff was helpful, and reachable via WhatsApp.

Max was great and tried to accommodate us as I had broken my leg prior to arriving. He gave us a bigger room to make things easier to get around, and no extra steps. And after we asked he was able to find a shower seat so I could shower. The price was right for our need to just see the Vatican.

The shared fridge didn't work as some used every space for themselves. A small under the desk unit would be better and more personable. There weren't many options close by for shopping or meals, but we did ok.

    Not much.

As someone with experience in property rental management (we managed 15 apartments at once), I can say that the service is disappointing.* Incorrectly indicated WiFi connections. Arriving late at night, you have to search for how to connect to WiFi.* Cleanliness. The apartment is cleaned carelessly. On the same day as the cleaning, we found a lot of sand in the bathroom.* Apartment condition. The bathroom and shared kitchen are in poor condition, not cleaned, with paint peeling off the ceiling and walls.* Kitchen. There is a shared kitchen where cooking hot food is not recommended. What?? The coffee machine leaks water, and after each coffee is made, the spilled water needs to be cleaned up.* Owners do not speak English. When trying to solve problems, Google Translate is used...* Fees. The highest possible city tax amount was calculated per person. In Italy, children under 10 are exempt from city tax, but the owners, thinking they are smarter, charge for all tourists. We arrived with our 6-year-old daughter, who was charged the city tax and asked to pay in cash.Summary: Both the apartment and the owners are very disappointing...

Location, good and clean neighborhood with a good bar (Pappagallo bar on the same side of the street, turn right towards the street, about 150 meters) nearby. Neighborhood ready to help if you ask them anything. Metro 2 bus stop(just cross the street). Proximity to the Vatican approx. 25 min. walks. The room is tidy and big enough, the bathroom is tidy and big enough. The air conditioner works and is quiet. Common space for 3 rooms, dining and shared kitchen tidy.Towels, toilet paper and soap are there.

Room number three does not have a balcony, it is not clearly indicated. The curtains on the toilet window should be "refreshed". The host probably won't meet you, but you will get whatsapp instructions to open the small safe to get the key to enter the building. (enter the code and open the small safe from top to bottom) then you will get the code to enter the apartment. It's not complicated, but when you're tired from traveling, this can be tiring for some.

The room was clean, it had all the necessities and the location is very good - close to the metro, there are bars/restaurants and it's fairly close to the center. Also the staff communicate very well.

Couldn't close the door to the bathroom and the WiFi wasn't working but it's nothing that would make our stay worse

    10AntonPosted on: 6-13-2024

Location was very good, quite. 10-15 min from metro by walk, but you have bus station near apartment. Vatican you can reach by walk 20 min.Seller was kind. Allow us leave our staff after check out.Recommend.

The room was big enough for 3 people and was very clean. It’s cleaned everyday. The host was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the public transportation.

    Sound isolation was not good.

Good location, generally comfortable, good price

We got into rain and weren’t able to dry clothes because the heating turns off in the night

    8AntoniePosted on: 2-8-2024

The common kitchen is something we benefited from every day. We also liked the clear instructions how to get in from Viola :)

The windows were a bit old so we had to turn on the heating, because it was cold from outside.
