As a family we stayed three nighta in a clean and spacious triple room (“Canova”), in a calm and relaxed atmosphere, safe and upscale neighberhood, very helpful and kind staff. We will surely come back again. Thank you.

Lovely neighbourhood and not far from metro/bus lines to get into the city easily.

The property/room has been poorly maintained. In particular there was a consistent unpleasant smell from the bathroom which seemed to be coming from the drains and visible mold throughout the shower. The breakfast was average and some items were inedible. Other than a few polite people, we found the staff were quite cold towards us.

All the people were super friendly, the hotel was easy to reach by foot from the metro stations, and my room had a wonderful balcony on the front view. Breakfast was great and really tasty! The back garden is beautiful and I got a very nice room with a balcony and a nice bathroom.

This was definitely a one-time occasion, especially given the staff reaction, but unfortunately my room had a very unpleasant smell, I believe something with sewage was going on, but it's really didn't smell nice. It wasn't a problem because I could keep my windows open given the weather, but in other circumstances it would have been very annoying, I think.

Proximity to the Luiss Business School.

Breakfast options were very limited and same meal was served everyday.

Good location and quiet area. The hotel is clean . The reception staff is really nice.

I booked included breakfast. The hotel service since 7.00-.10.00 am . I am going to eat about 9.20 but no one staff support or sevice to me even though I told them please arrange table for me please. The bad things is some food is empty and they refuse to fill it .

Average hotel, decent location. Efficient but cold staff

Our room flooded thanks to a poorly constructed bathroom but the night manager shifted us quickly. The breakfast is decidedly average

I was only there one night but I'd say that the room was exceptional, Bed super comfy and the range offered for breakfast was excellent. I ate in the garden which was lovely, no crazy strong lights first thing in the morning, just sun and fresh air! Great coffee, the quality of the breads and pastries could have been slightly better but I'm being picky. The staff helped me with a tricky transport issue and the area is lovely. Beautiful old part of Rome, but outside the walled city so quiet, and less polluted. Huge villas everywhere. Really Torlonia is a villa, with its own garden. Lovely.

I wish everything had been 100% organic or spray-free and the toiletries/bathroom items all-natural. I always wish this, and hardly any hotels do it. There were some "eco" products in the bathroom, however.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly!

It felt a little humid in the rooms

Amazing reception staff, especially in the morning. She assisted me in resolving some problems I had and was on hand for assistance when she wasn't assisting other customers.

Staff was super friendly and the room and bath was lovely. Super lovely area but a bit too far from the attractions / restaurants. But that was pur fault for booking it. :)

The breakfast was really not good. Especially if you have a great contrast of Rome‘s cuisine, I would opt out from breakfast and go somewhere else.

Nice comfortable accommodation. Good breakfast and catered for me as a coeliac.

Away from the bustle of the city but good transport options available.

My flight from the U.S. arrived much earlier than most hotels' arrival times. As I waited for my room to be ready, Christian, at the reception desk, was very cordial and we had interesting discussions that made the time go by quickly. My room was ready long before the posted arrival time. The room was a little smaller than expected but didn't diminish the quality and comfort. Very clean, attractive room which met all my needs. I was surprised the cost was far less than one would expect for such accommodations in a very nice part of Rome. The breakfast was wonderful and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Breakfeast was not really what you'd expect. for some reason the a/c vent shaft just always made this noise (when sleeping it was quite loud). shower wouldn't drain, there's light coming through the doorgaps in the night which you notice because the room was small. staff was sometimes just not friendly. also there was no shower gel or even refill of the shower gel. Also our booking was taken under a guests name not the main booker (just weird) and then we were told that we'd booked one day less and need to book one more day. which we did - only to find out that we overbooked a day.. not entirely their mistake as we booked a day more without needing it, but if they didn't tell us that we booked short it wouldn't have happened.just generally disappointing and too much for it's price.
