A charming boutique hotel in a great location. It was easy to get around Rome. Staff was always friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast delivered to our room each morning, which was a nice touch.

Broken elevator and unreliable AC significantly impacted our stay. Climbing 110 steps up in 100° heat was exhausting, and the AC in Room 3 never worked properly. We appreciated the apology, but these issues lasted our entire stay.

Amazing stay. Great decor, historic building, and wonderful breakfast and soaps/scents. Easy check in. And the hosts were gracious enough to upgrade us. Will certainly be coming back.

I was a little concerned about the main front doors remaining open all the time....but with the Diplomatic Repubblica/Army quarters across the street, we felt very safe.

Extremely clean. The staff was very kind, and the whole experience was definitely one where I would go back. It was very comfy, safe, and clean. The location of the hotel is very nice. It’s the perfect distance from some of the attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel. The morning breakfast to the room was also a great start to the day!

Overall an okay stay. The location worked well for sightseeing, with lots of cafés and restaurants just steps away. Our room had beautiful ceiling frescoes that gave it real character, and it was kept tidy throughout. The included room-service breakfast was the highlight—prompt, convenient, and a great start to the day.

We booked the “Family Suite” for four with four beds, but found one standard bed, a sofa converted to a bed, and a portable rollaway. Once the extra bedding was set up, the space felt much smaller and a bit crowded—and pricey.

Just a 10-minute walk from the terminal station, I had a wonderful one-night stay here. The room and bathroom were spotless, and I really enjoyed the in-room breakfast. I especially appreciated being able to pre-select the items and delivery time from a checklist—such a thoughtful and waste-conscious touch.

Near to Metro station, clean, comfortable

The rooms wasn’t soundproof, as solo traveler was totally fine, but if you enjoying as a couple, I would look for that point, however peoples behavior was fine and I didn’t hear much noises

Wonderful location in the historical center of Rome near the main train station and major monuments. Very good breakfast served in the room. Good A7C which is increasingly important in the summer, beautiful building, elevator despite being in an old building

Reception is not open in the evening or night. Breakfast is in the room only (albeit it is served on practical rolling tables)

The hotel is well located not far from the train station and public transport. The room was small but well organized with all the amenities required

My room was close to the main entrance door and as a light sleeper I could hear people coming in and leaving the property.

Hotel Donna Francesca it was well located. Closed to the Termini station and everything was 15-22 min walk. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Super clean room and a very cute hotel. The breakfast was great for me! A very positive experience in Rome as a solo traveler! I highly recommend this hotel. Room size was what I need it.
