Beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome, walking distance to hallmark locations. Fantastic rooftop views from the private hotel rooftop. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Decor; easy walk to Trevi fountain

Bellmen and wait staff at breakfast were kind. Front desk staff were rude and dismissive; not a cultural thing as many ppl I interacted with outside the hotel were lovely. Also front desk failed to reserve a taxi for my departure after I requested one. Breakfast selection was very limited and not replenished (e.g., baby croissants and if you weren't there early then none were left by 9:30). It is also overpriced; just go to a local cafe and you can have better food for less money. Water in shower was luke warm. Also very loud noises in room - like running water or heat - that lasted all night long.Update: The hotel overcharged us for daily breakfast which was $30 a person. I informed them multiple times about this issue and was assured it would be fixed (including at check out) and they did not. They pretended to not know what I was talking about, ignored my messages for days post-departure, then fabricated a story about what happened, and ultimately refused to refund my money. DO NOT DEAL WITH SUCH UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE.

Super clean & comfy - Central location - Very helpful and kind staff. Very good breakfast. Spacious room. We appreciated a lot the nice gifts in the room and the very kind gesture for my son’s birthday over breakfast! He started his day with a big smile! Thanks a million for making our stay special.

Excellent location, bar service and staff. The breakfast also was exceptional!!! The rooftop view was magnificent.

View from my room was to an alley. Granted, the street view is too noisy…

What I liked was the location. It was very convenient right in the center, close to everything, just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain. The rooms were well equipped and beautiful.

It’s a shame that the breakfast team was not pleasant at all, not even a hint of a smile.When you wake up in the morning and get ready to enjoy breakfast, you expect to find a warm, positive energy in the dining room. Unfortunately, the waitresses from Cuba were quite cold, which is really disappointing. She works well, but she is not pleasant at all not even a small smile from her, just a cold attitude.

The location is perfect for visiting Rome and exploring the main spots on foot. I would definitely choose and recommend this hotel every time. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff is extremely welcoming. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.

The room was small but well designed. The staff was friendly.

The room was very loud, because of its location, you can hear the traffic, and the loud horns from the street. Also there was a very loud noise coming from the ac system. When we asked to change the room because of its loud noises, they responded that there were no other rooms available for that weekend:(

Great location, nice staff, comfortable room

Beds were amazing. Rooftop bar with the view should not be missed. Staff were always friendly and happy to help. Really can’t think of a place that we’d felt so comfortable.

Lovely hotel with an incredible roof top bar. We would stay here again.

The check in process was unusually long. But the staff provided us with crackers and water and chairs to sit in. They were very helpful and nice.

Breakfast was excellent value. We loved that we were provided with buffet and additional menu from which we could order. Staff was very helpful and friendly as is all the staff in the hotel.

There is nothing that we didn’t like.

Location was fantastic- walking distance to many of Rome's beautiful attractions and restaurants. Accommodations were exceptional and the staff was very well spoken in English and very helpful advising us to navigate the city with maps and dining suggestions which we followed.

The price was very high- but considering location - that might be why

Friendly and helpful staff and location of the hotel. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. The welcome note and cookies on the desk is nice!

I travel a lot and have seen an enormous number of hotels, but this one surpasses them all! The concierge greeted me warmly, helped park my car in the garage, and even offered champagne. In the room, there was a pleasant gift from the hotel and a personalised welcome note from the manager.The room itself is excellent - unusually spacious, perfectly quiet, and equipped with all the amenities that are not always available even in extremely expensive hotels: from umbrellas to comfortable benches in the bathroom and reclining seats in the shower cabin. Everything is absolutely new, stylish, made with soul, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail.The lobby bar is great, and the reception staff are incredibly friendly. They took our suitcases, booked restaurants for us, and checked in with us a dozen times to see if we needed anything else. The service is top-notch! And all this for such reasonable prices? Fantastic! Now, if I’m going to Rome, this is the only place I’ll stay.
