- What a totally pleasant surprise! The staff was amazing! They were so friendly, helpful, accommodating, and made us feel like we were their most important guests. The location was wonderful. We are planning our next trip to Rome just to stay here again!
- staff, clean rooms, breakfast , happy hour, location
- We liked its location: far enough away from the city center to be tranquil, but close enough for us to walk into town in just a few minutes. The hotel traces had great views of the Marina Grande.
Cons -
- Room was a little small.
- Would not change a thing.
- The room is fine, however, the noise of the evening within the property kept us awake for 3 nights. They have birds that make noise, cats, and the tile outside the walkways - you hear everyone come back and slamming doors. The neighborhood is suppose to be one of the nicest, however, there is graffati up and down all the streets and alleys. They charge additional for water in your room and the happy hour, that is solisited is only on the weekends.

tHIS HOTEL IS A GEM. The staff was outstanding. It exceeded every expectation. I was a senior woman traveling solo and I never felt so welcome. Loved it and the staff.
Would not change a thing.
Staff was terrific. The breakfast was very good. The location was ideal for our group. The rooms were a bit basic but clean and well maintained. The grounds were attractive.
Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and the courtyard was a sanctuary in busy Rome.
Great location, a little oasis in the busy throng of Trastevere. Staff were all excellent and super polite and helpful. Would definitely return.
The breakfast is amazing. We felt safe here as it's behind a locked gate. The property is pretty and clean.

The staff was very helpful. There was a hiccup the first night with some footsteps audible from the upstairs room, but they were very accommodating and moved me to a more isolated place the following night. Everyone there was very friendly and polite. I had a great time
Really lovely staff and close to amenities and all major attractions
Beds are a bit old and sheets are polyester
The facilities are among the best that I have ever stayed. It was an oasis from the city surrounding it, but was still very close to many good restaurants and bars. I cannot see staying anywhere else on my next visit to Rome. There were umbrellas available to use when we had a day of rain. The staff was amazing.

Great overall boutique hotel. Lovely gardens and piazza near St Mary's basilica. Ambiance was fantastic, breakfast, staff, happy hour were all amazing! The hotel was a great pleasure in Trestivere, close to Arno River.
All good
Fantastic little hotel in Trastevere. Great location, safe for a solo traveler, lovely staff. I’ll be back!
Wonderful staff who really went above and beyond, especially Kevin at the bar and the whole breakfast team, who are super sweet and remember your coffee order!Lovely building and facilities, great breakfast and fabulous happy hour with free buffet of bruschette and snacks with the purchase of a drink.Super central but didn’t hear the noise of trastevere from inside!
They just need to update their recommended restaurants list: Dar Poeta was abysmal!
Beautiful historical property in the centre of the Trastavere district. Peaceful, tranquil setting with 20 rooms situated around beautiful courtyards. Excellent service - friendly, helpful and efficient. Wish we had more time to spend just relaxing in the gardens
Well located, cozy, clean. Stuff was very kind
There is a church and the bell keeps ringing every hour included during the night
