The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and served in a timely manner. The Trevi Fountain was a two minute walk, with a mix of cafes, gelato, and a McDonald’s if you need a touch of home. (That’s steps from the hotel)

Nothing really. Taxis can’t drop you off directly in front of the hotel, but it is only a few steps to get to Maalot.

The service is impeccable and a throwback to the golden age of Hollywood when film stars like Audrey Hepburn or Cary Grant lived in hotels like the Warwick New York. Room was cleaned immaculately twice daily. I tried to politely refuse turndown service one night but their staff wasn’t having it. Really about the details and attitude of dealing with guests. You just don’t see this level of service in hospitality anymore.The rooms are nicer and larger than the photos show and one of the most comfortable beds in the EU. Bathrooms are marble and done beautifully with great water pressure that historic buildings can sometimes have issues. Feels great after a long day of site seeing and miles of walking.Well deserving of a Michelin key and a class above in service compared to other Michelin hotels I’ve stayed in this past year, albeit relatively new rating guide. The welcome pastries also Michelin worthy. Location is great to walk to a lot of sites and well reviewed restaurants. There is a lot of pedestrian traffic at all hours but no noise in my room. The hotel can easily get a taxi to the train station or the airport. There is also a convenient taxi stand 2 blocks away. A bit difficult for front door drop off and pick up during some hours.

I’d love to see a bigger bar area. The hotel may have to acquire more space or get architecturally get creative. Nice to have a space to share tourist advice and interact with other guests.

Staying at Maalot was amazing, the staff was hospitable, professional and was always there for any questions we had.

Very central location. Very quiet in the room. All details carefully thought through in the room. Beautiful bathroom. Surprisingly well appointed gym. Lovely restaurant for breakfast and other meals.

The crowds when you step outside because the hotel itself is an oasis of quiet and calm.

Amazing location, able to walk to the Trevi fountain, the pantheon and the colosseum. It has a great restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. Amazing staff and very accommodating. Also able to book car service through the hotel, they provide car seat too!

People outside of the hotel will smoke and you can smell the smoke indoor in the restaurant area. I don’t love that for my baby.

Fabrizio greeted us with a beautiful smile every day and was so nice! The rooms are very comfortable, with the best mattress and bedding! The bathroom was amazing with a nice window in it for great light, and the shower was very luxurious with Diptyque products. The room was spotless clean. It is a little noisy and busy right out of the hotel, but you don’t hear it in the room. Very close to the Trevi fountain. We walked everywhere!

Maybe the crowds around the hotel, but it is in a central location

Our stay at Hotel Maalot was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is elegant and beautifully designed, the room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The staff were attentive, warm, and professional, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The central location made it easy to explore Rome on foot. We would love to come back!

The best hotel we've stayed at worldwide, It's steps away from Trevi fountain, which makes off hours visits possible to beat the crowd. The room was spotlessly clean, and silently quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful, and remember my name throughout my stay. The breakfast was included in our booking, ALA carte, cook to order, great quality. Dinner and service was Michelin standard. Oh did I mention that mini bar is free to use? We will absolutely come back!

Excellent property every respect! Lovely and comfortable lobby area, very large and luxurious room, past service, great Wi-Fi. This is exactly the kind of luxury cheap property. That is a pleasure to stay in and I look forward to doing it again.

Location was great , less than a 10 minute walk to Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, the piazza Navona. Easy access to the bus system to get everywhere else. The Trevi Fountain was right next door. The breakfast and service were excellent. Very comfortable rooms, well appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 nights. A welcome drink in a cozy lounge while we checked in. Very conveniently located, yet provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere to escape from the busy streets outside. The included breakfast was an à la carte menu and we enjoyed the omelettes. Attentive staff and excellent room service. Fluffy robes and bedding provided the comforts needed after walking around all day. Fresh towels twice per day was a nice touch. If you are looking to stay in this area of Rome, look no further-this hotel hits all the marks!

The staff went above and beyond for us.the rooms were clean and beautiful the lobby was well decorated and comfortable the breakfast was great and ala carte which we loved ,the location was perfect . We ate dinner and lunch there and the food was superb and the service professional
