Trevi Palace Hotel

Amazing hotel and even better customer service! I initially booked this hotel because it was a close walking distance from the Trevi fountain, colosseum, pantheon, train stations and central Rome. All those were true and saved us so much time!

Its location near the attractive site.

We booked two rooms for three adults. After one of us left one day earlier, the hotel rented out the room without refund to us. The hotel gave two keys to different people and earned double.

Our room was spacious and clean.

The breakfast did not include eggs or cooked meat like bacon. I am pregnant and so my diet is very restrictive.

Very clean and the staff are very friendly walking distance from the centre close to shops, cafe and restaurant

Excellent location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast, without being lavish, has all you need, including eggs and fresh orange juice. The room was tidy and quite spacious.

The only thing my room needed was a small desk and a chair.

Beds were comfy. Great location. Staff were friendly.

When it rained, water leaked in the window. We were there for 4 nights, and even though we didn’t expect clean towels every day, at least one change of towels would have been nice considering there was lack of towel racks to hang them and the weather wasn’t conducive to them drying out during the day.

We were originally meant to book the Trevi Palace Luxury Hotel as we were travelling to Rome as part of a group.Unfortunately due to not realising that there were two hotels of the same name I ended up booking this one and even though I realised my mistake straight away after contacting the hotel I was unable to change it. Fortunately both hotels were within walking distance of each other other the Luxury hotel was more central and closer to the Trevi fountain. That aside this hotel was still in a great location and within walking distance of the Trevi fountain, the Colloseum and other attractions of Rome.On arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who was really friendly and helpful. Our room although small was well equipped with toiletries and a mini bar. We paid for breakfast which although there wasnt a lot on offer other than pastries, cereal, fruit and eggs (omelettes/scrambled) the food was lovely and the cappuccino's were the best!Overall a great stay!

Apart from some of the minor details above there's nothing that we didn't like!

The location of this hotel is perfect, you have a couple of really nice restaurants near by if you do not fancy a long walk in the evening. Monti and Trevi areas are really close by walking. In actual fact we walked everywhere. The Breakfast is very very nice and they will actually cook eggs for you in the morning to have with a really nice spread.

Nothing really everything in my view was great and the hotel met all of our expectations. If i return to Rome I would stay here again without question.

This is a real gem of a hotel. It is located within 15/20 minutes walk of the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Termini Rail/Bus Station, La Repubblica Metro Stop. All on the impressive Via Nazionale with beautiful shops, restaurants and excellent bus links. The breakfast is a continental buffet with cheese, cold meats, bread, rolls, pancakes, croissants, cakes, yoghurts, fruit juice, fruit, scrambled eggs or omelettes on demand. So nice and tasty and great to start the day. The room was big, spotlessly clean with a mini fridge and good sized wardrobe. The staff were all so lovely and helped with directions to all the areas we asked for. Very decently priced for such a lovely hotel in a great location.

Only that I could not stay longer!! Another 2 or 3 days/weeks would have been better.

Could see into shower from the bedroom through glass panel. Blind could be pulled down to cover this. Wasn't ideal when staying with daughter. Otherwise very nice.

1/ Excellent location for tourism and work (close to Quirinale square, 10-20 mn walk to main downtown interesting sites), close to Termini railways station and with many buses in Nazionale street nearby2/ Very clean and quiet room, large surface3/ Friendly and kind staff, willing to help.

1/ WIFI unstable (at least in my room at 1st floor). It switched on/off all the time and since there was a very weak 4G/5G phone signal (very thick walls), WIFI was the only way to have Internet in my room.2/ No reception or staff beyond normal work hours, so no late check-in/out possible; a littler bit cumbersome the night entrance through a secondary door, but everything worked well

The breakfast is delicious, the location is excellent, the waiter is enthusiastic and the service is very meticulous, the room is clean

The wifi is very bad, and there are often disconnections. There are no disposable toothbrushes, slippers and other conveniences in the room.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was so charming and the staff was wonderful. Fantastic location, and we felt safe walking even late at night. Well maintained and clean room. We didn’t get to try the cafe but it looked very nice. We felt comfortable throughout our stay.

The only bad part was that during all of our stay we had lovely hot water. But on the last night, the hotel became more full, and we didn’t have any hot water the last 24 hours of our stay. We didn’t get to shower after being out in the hot Rome sun, because the water was just too freezing to do so.

Staff was very kind!!! , the price though was hight and they had a promotion same weekend we stayed (50%discount), to be fair they accomodated us in a larger room. We really appreciate this.

A lot of problems with hot water, they said is duo to the building, that it belongs to a third. Also the internet repeater in our room worked sometimes. This was very annoying.We stayed in a lot of hotels during our trip, and this was the worst price/quality balance, not sure if it's this way in Rome. But with the problems mentioned before, it felt really unfair.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome ! Staff and location is 5 stars will miss martino and his dad !
