- The location and the breakfast were terrific
Cons -
- Rooms are a bit small.Cleaning is done at unconvent hours.
- The single rooms were very small and there was some noise from the street. My room had a very strong smell of room spray that faded out on the third day. Even though it was an ok smell, I thought it was very strong.
- The construction disturbed me most the stay which I didn't know about. The bathroom was really small the shower was hard to use being tiny. There was not an airport shuttle like booking said.

Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly

Very clean hotel. Nice room with comfortable bed. Big selection of food at breakfast. They allowed me to check out 1.5 hour later.
Great stay at Hotel Pacific in Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a great location, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and well organized. Overall, a very pleasant experience and good value for money.
Nice and tidy, everyday clean, tide up rooms and change towels. Comfortable beds and coffee and tea available in the rooms. Very good continental full breakfast (including Ham, cheese, eggs, pickles-not only sweet). Friendly and helpful staff, good location-close to to metro, bus station and short walk to the Vatican. It was my second visit and I will definitely back. Good hotel for resonible price.
Rooms by the main street might be a bit lauder, so if somebody got problem to fall a sleep I recommend stopper. Small problem with the soap bottle under shower, but It's not something what can destroy the positively effect of whall visit :)
Excellent location, very friendly staff, and the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back.
Good and varied breakfast, clean and warm room (we have been there in December), daily cleaning, impeccable towels, very friendly staff, 5 minutes to the metro station and to a big supermarket,15 minutes on foot to Vatican. We will definitely stay here again.

The atmosphere at the buffet was absolutely delightful, and the staff went above and beyond every single day to make us feel truly welcome. Their energy, friendliness, and genuine care added so much to our experience and made our stay even more special. A huge compliment to the entire buffet team for their incredible hard work and dedication — they are truly a fantastic asset to the hotel!Housekeeping also deserves special praise. The room was impeccably cared for every day, with the bed perfectly made and fresh towels always provided. That level of attention to detail did not go unnoticed.A heartfelt thank you to all the hotel staff for your professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service. You made our stay memorable!
While I truly love dogs and appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly, I was uncomfortable seeing pets allowed inside the buffet dining area. For hygiene reasons, I believe dogs should not be permitted in food service areas. On several occasions, guests were holding their dogs in their arms while serving themselves at the buffet, which I found inappropriate. Allowing pets in the eating establishment detracts from the overall dining experience and raises understandable cleanliness concerns. I hope the hotel will consider clearer guidelines to maintain hygiene standards while remaining welcoming to pet owners.
Room was very clean, excellent breakfast .Everything was very well organised Very helpful staff Staff Monica and mirella were very helpful.
The staffs was really welcoming the breakfast was really nice too.
The room was smaller then Expected. should provide spoon and mugs in room for Coffee or tea.
The room is small, but very clean
The walls are a bit thin, you can hear noise from outside. However, I guess this is quite a common issue when you stay in many hotels in Rome. So we expect this.Since our room is facing the big road in front of the hotel, we could hear all traffic and noise from the road. However it's no problem for us, we still can sleep with those traffic noises. Our challenge is more on hearing some guests coming into their room and talking so loud in the middle of the night (that woke us up). One even talked for almost 1 hr. At the end we could hear someone (maybe the staff) knocked on their door asking them to be more quiet. Well, I guess we're just unfortunate.Maybe just a suggestion to the hotel: it would be nice if the staff could inform the guests to be careful with making noise when they arrive (especially when they come into the room and talk in the room late night when everybody is sleeping)
I booked room for 3 and it was enough for 3 people. The bathroom was good in size. They offered hairdryer as well. There were a TV, small table, and small refrigerator. Plenty of electric plugs. The breakfast was all great! Plenty of choices! All staffs were good and kind, however I sensed something off from the oldest receptionist lady maybe because of the language barrier (Context: I once called the receptionist to request something, and she was the one who picked it up. I knew from her voice. Instead of saying "Is there anything I can help?" she said "What do you want, ma'am?" - sounds a little bit rude), but I could see her trying to be nice. I was still okay with it. Other than that, all great.
The ambience seemed like an old hotel, I think because they used yellow lights instead of white lights. No soundproof room. I was in the 1st floor and I could hear a loud banging from the exit door below several times. One day, there were students checking in the middle of the night, and I could hear them all walking, one of them even screamed
The room was great and clean just it’s small bathroom
Everything was great
Breakfast - just perfect and fresh! For Rome - incredible (usually you don't get such variety in hotel breakfast)Staff attitude - you feel more than welcome! Definitely will come and stay again (if price remains)
Ventilation in the bathroom not existing... Well, you can keep window open, if that is not winter and your room isn't facing the street... Very noisy in rooms facing the street. Must sleep in earplugs - helps a bit
Clean room, lovely, helpful, polite staff, good location, excellent breakfast.
The hand towels, although laundered, were rather stained. Bath towel very clean though.
Nothing except staff and breakfast.
Bed was 3 ft wide and shower area was 4sq ft. Can’t move you body around. If you do, you will hit something.
The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Vatican City and about three blocks from the subway station. Most of the major tourist attractions were only a few stops away, which made getting around really easy. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, and on the mornings we had early tours, the staff kindly prepared breakfast bags for us. Any time we needed help, the staff were so friendly and willing to assist. Everyone was pleasant, and they all spoke English very well. We appreciated the whole team, but especially Mirela—she was wonderful. The hotel was very clean, and we honestly have nothing to complain about. If anyone is traveling to Rome, we would definitely recommend this hotel. I’m sorry it took us a little while to write the review, but we truly loved our stay and would happily come back again!
The room was warm, spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Very nice and helpful staff, we were able to leave our bags before checkin and after checkout. Many breakfast options to choose from. The location is convenient, close to a metro station.
