The staff was very helpful. She carried our suitcases up the stairs while we brought the rest of our luggage.

The breakfast was just OK. The coffee was from a machine rather than being done by hand. Bread was rather tasteless. Since I think of Rome as having wonderful cappuccino and bread, it was more like being home. However, everything was well laid out,

Great hotel, clean, new and fresh!

It was clean and location wasn't too bad.

I didn't like how small the bathroom was, especially the sink to the shower was so close that you can just squeeze in. I'm not a big person at all and I just manage to get in.

Really nice room with comfortable bed. Lovely staff!

Only sight issue was the WiFi sometimes dropped - but this was only minor.

The location was perfect, close to all the attractions. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Daniela was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There isn't a lift so you have to carry your bag up two flights of stairs.

Clean and comfortable with enough room for 2 adults and a toddler. The shared courtyard was a nice bonus for our child to run around. Air-conditioning conditioning was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. EXCELLENTLY LOCATED. It was easy to walk to many of the main attractions and reasonably stroller friendly.

The seal on the bottom of the glass sliding door of the shower was old and therefore let water flood the bathroom floor

Not sure how often the towels are changed, but they weren’t changed at all during our 3 night stay. Shower and basin didn’t have a door to the bedroom space, but are tucked around the corner in the room we stayed in.Toilet had a door to close, but no wash basin for hands. So I was wiping door handle regularly as you need to step into shower area to wash hands (obviously after opening the door).

Excellent location - 6 mins from trevi and approx 13 minute walk from colosseum. The lady who welcomed us at the desk was so friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name to thank her properly. She assisted us throughout the stay- gave us information about getting around Rome, ordered us a taxi and carried bags. She even was kind enough to lend us travel plugs for our chargers when we lost ours! Room was clean, great air conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities.

I liked the big patio connected to my room.

The room smelled strongly of cleaning products and the AC didn't work. I had to sleep with the patio door open.

The location of the accommodation was lovely, very easy to walk to all the sights. The room was an ok size with a comfortable bed, modern looking ensuite and a very small kitchen area. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Each morning there were a few pastries and coffee left out for breakfast that was a really nice touch.

The drains in the ensuite really smelt when we arrived, although this seemed to improved each day after they were cleaned. One morning we woke up to no hot water, which was fixed by the time we returned late afternoon, and on our last morning we had no electric, so left for our morning flight in the dark and trying to pack by torch light! Unfortunately we could not reach anyone on the numbers provided to help.

Rather quiet although it is in a main road. Very central, one can reach all kinds of places on foot.

It is a dependence of a nearby hotel. The hotel space is nice, though the building entrance is not necessarily at its best.

The property is the perfect location to walk to all the cultural attractions of Rome. We loved how easy we could get around as it was so central.

Traffic can be a little loud, but that’s to be expected in such a central location and it didn’t affect our sleep at all.

The hotel provide not only tea and coffee in the room but a choice of fruit and pastries in the communal areas for all guests. The water in the shower was lovely and hot and air con/ heating worked perfectly. Everywhere was walkable from here… the Trevi fountain was an 8 minute walk.

The rain shower didn’t work properly but we did not inform the staff who I’m sure would have fixed this as the other handheld shower worked beautifully.

Excellent place to stay. Staff of the hotel is really nice and helpful (calling a taxi for you if needed), providing guests with useful tips where to go and what to do. Rooms are really clean, noise from street is not a problem when windows are closed during nights (there is A/C to controll temperature), there is free coffee and pastries every morning (even if you did not pay for breakfast). Hotel is close to the most important must-see places in Rome (5-10 minutes to Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, close proximity to Pantheon etc). There are plenty restaurants in surroundings, shops etc. Neighborhood of the hotel is really safe, green light for late evening strolls.

Location was perfect, center to everything we wanted to see/do. We stayed in the annex and enjoyed the light breakfast that was provided free of charge daily and the staff was extremely helpful.

We loved everything including the price.
