It was a misleading ad. The room was nothing like what was pictured. There was an adjoining suite and the door between the two suites was unlocked on arrival with no way to lock it. After 5 minutes in the hotel I booked a different hotel did not stay

We initially had some problems with our room, but the manager, Domenico, handled the situation perfectly and made sure we were well looked after. Thanks to his care, our stay turned out to be very pleasant.
I loved the classical architecture of a grand hotel. It was easy to get around especially to the excellent breakfast buffet. The main thing I liked about my stay was the excellent helpful staff from the front desk to the house keeper to the restaurant service in the Tavern and on the Roof. I felt very welcome and well attended to. I felt welcome as a single person at both restaurants.
So many tour groups coming in made it difficult to get around.

The location was very good , rooms are spacious, food was amazing and the staff where very nice and very helpfull , we travelled with a 5 year old and it’s so nice that kids are so welcome
The location was very convenient. The concierge was very helpful. The rooms weren’t very spacious but the beds were amazingly comfortable.
Breakfast was offered but the price and food weren’t as inviting as expected so we decided to go elsewhere.

Very friendly front desk staff. Shuttle bus great and a bus stop right outside.

Our room was a good size for three adults. Clean, functional, and comfortable. The breakfast was great, with plenty of variety; although it was a little on the busy side before 8:00 a.m. when most tour groups leave.
