Hotel Pineta Palace

The room seemed completely updated and extremely clean. That was a comfort when staying at a lower priced hotel in a city (and country) that was unfamiliar to me.

It was a little challenging to work with some of the front desk staff that didn't seem to understand a lot of English (this is not true of all the staff, just some of them). But everyone was very kind and patient.

Comfort room quite nice. Clean. Wait staff in lounge/bar and restaurant very good and accommodating.

Front desk personnel unwelcoming. No eye contact, no smile and even upon check out when we thanked them, no thank you or you're welcome'. We travel a lot. Have never felt so dreadful. Sorry we went here.

Staff are professional and communicate well to help the need of customers.

I gave this Hotel an honest shot because the price was great and the breakfest was good but the location really is a problem. I'm used to public transit but taking the bus was not as simple as they make it sound. City tax was a surprise

The breakfast is very good.

The location is not good, too far from all the important places to visit in Rome. The room is old, tv not working and does not meet 4 star hotel expectations.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast included not bad.

The room did not look like the pictures. Our bed was two twin beds they stuck together. The location of hotel not very convenient. There was €6 per person tax per night but it did not feel like a 4 star hotel at all.

We had a view oriented to the San Pietro Basilica which was nice.The room was immaculate, the TV is above your hotel standards and the bed was very comfortable.A place to consider if you re looking for non central, affordable and high quality accommodation.

Very nice hotel, wonderful staff and great breakfast.

Our only complaint was that the location was not ideal at all.We used bikes, cabs and the local bus and felt like that wasted a lot of time because most things are quite far from the hotel. Also, the bus is not as easy to use because often times it requires transfers and coming back to the hotel was challenging as the bus schedules and routes change throughout the day.

Very nice place to stay to stay for groups, breakfast was good and had amazing staff.

There are many choices for breakfast, but the same ones every day. There is no water or coffee available that you can access, if needed. Breakfast bags have the same items (i.e., bottled water, croissant, apricot if lucky, jelly, and crackers).

Water and coffee should be available all the time in the lobby as a courtesy to your guests. The room is clean, but there is no ice maker in the hallway, and no microwave in the room.

Refund Inquiry. (I contacted you by email but no clear response)I would like to ask for a refund. I made a reservation for 2 rooms, my kids and myself.Check in date: August 25 / Check out: 28,2025We finally left urgently the day before, August 26,2025, because of flight changes. You asked me to contact Booking.com but it's impossible. I was just able to send an email. I understand perfectly that HOTEL PINETA is not in charge of the refunds, but you are the service provider, it's your hotel, your image and reputation so in any situation you are supposed to help your client. What do we do in case Booking.com is unreachable?The hotel is clean, really classy so you can't give an inappropriate image of yourself just because of a customer refund. Thank you.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Support of the staff. Matteo was very good.

Hotel could have provided different options for breakfast as all 04 days I stayed the breakfast menu was the same.
