Liked the helpful friendly staff- liked the covienience for having a car (free parking) location outside city of Rome but quick train ride to the city so was convenient stay away from the busy-ness. Good value- excellent service- good breakfast

The staff, the pool, the tranquility. it's a meditative, clean and quiet place where you can really rest your soul. Breakfast was modest but tasteful. The staff is top notch.

There really isn't anything nearby in the area (I was without a car, by all is manageable anyway:)! No connection to Rome by public transport late evening.

The breakfast was amazing and they provide a super breakfast, room cleanig also very nice and every things is great.

just my suggession to provide miro oven and hair shampoo.

The hotel's location is very good, you can quickly reach the center of Rome by train and metro. Hotel very clean and nice. the hotel owners are very nice and helpful, they provide transport from the hotel to the metro. Our stay was very nice

Very welcoming staff , clean rooms , lovely breakfast. Location was perfect for my visit to the LDS Temple.

My second time there. best hotel pool. lovely family run place ? far out from the centre but easy to get to.

I can't say enough about this hotel and its staff. All the good reviews are accurate. They were absolutely wonderful and this was the nicest room we had during our 3.5 week trip. We will absolutely stay again when we come back to Rome.

We had a lovely stay!The hotel staff was very helpful and assisted us each time we had a question or issue.The room was cleaned daily and also the bedsheets and towels were changed daily.Breakfast was varied with both sweet and salty food.Getting to the city center was not a problem as the hotel offered free transportation to and from Labaro train station. From there it took around 15-20 min to reach Flaminio station (3 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo).

Very kind staff, cleaning staff left the room immaculate. Staff kindly took us to the train station to go to Rome city center. We went to the LDS temple and it was an easy 7 minute drive.

Very clean, great customer service - they even offered me rides to the station and back. Great gym equipment as well!

I love everything about this hotel. It was an awesome stay. the shuttle service to the train was great! very professional. feels like a 5 star resort for the price of a motel. I advise anyone who wants to stay at a quiet and clean place to stay at this property. all the staff give excellent service. couldn’t have asked for better.

From hotel to down town was so so easy.

From airport I took train about one hour.This passage was long.

Family run hotel, very hospitable & friendly. The pool was beautiful & a welcome relief from the heat.Having a lift to & from the station was very helpful.It is a short train ride x 30 minutes into Flaminio Station, and easy walk from there to central Rome sites via Piazza de Popolo.Local restaurant in walking distance.If you are driving easy access to autostrada..

Family run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They offer free daily rides to and from the nearby train station which is very convenient since it saves a 15 minute walk. From there it's a 20 minute ride to the center (1.50 euros for a ticket). Rooms are clean, with air conditioning, and Netflix abilities on TV (use your own account). Swimming pool (closes at 19.00) and gym available.

Quiet and clean place to stay. It’s a family run hotel and the family are exceptional. Both son and father drove us to and from the nearest station on numerous occasions with a smile. The hotel is about 25/30 minutes out from the centre but that’s fine as it’s very similar to London with a tube service. You can get a 24hr ticket for only €7 per person. Do not pay for a taxi. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome.

Nothing to dislike but if I was being picky I’d recommend a water station in the gym.

Great hotel, I was suprised by a very warm welcome on my arrival. Owner was very helpful to get to the city center and explain everything. Breakfast was good for me, more then enough. Room was spacious, clean towels everyday.Hotel is located at the outskirts of the city but they've can transport You to train station and back.Pool closes bit early but You can always spend half a day in the pool and rest in the city center exploring.

Very friendly personell. Pool is great.

The surroundings are terrible. Between highways. Breakfast isn't good either. Cheese melts on your fingers and juices are more water than fruit. Kindness of the waiter can't compensate this.
