    Pros +

    • The roof top bar with seesha
    • Perfect location for all attractions and close to the Roma Termini; modern decor throughout.
    • Location. Room size and asthetic.

    Cons -

    • We got put in the annex building even though when I booked the room it did not say it was the annex building. There was trash all over. The fall ways smelled like sewer fumes. The bathroom smelled like sewer fumes. The mini slit AC unit leaked water on.
    • Toiletries could be improved and the some amenities were not working or available during our stay.
    • Hotel put us in a satellite building nearby not the main hotel. The entryway was a dilapidated office building but the hotels floor was ok. The room seemed as though renovation was incomplete but at a usable level. Didn't get to check out the rooftop bar

I enjoyed the authentic Rome experience by the culture and downtown setting...

The air conditioning didn't work. The eggs, pancakes and roasted potatoes at breakfast were served cold.

The staff—especially the receptionist, Mr. Enrico—were exceptionally friendly and supportive. The location was fantastic, and I will definitely book the same hotel on my next trip to Rome.

    Nothing to mention

Great location , great hotel and great friendly and helpful staff

The isolation between the rooms is not the best, it didnt effect our stay ! But what’s funny is when the room next to us opens the door it feels like our door has been open but its not its because the isolation hehe

    The reception staff were nice

Very noisy street at night and, the shower didn't have a lot of water pressure. We were put in an adjacent building to the one advertised.

Great location around the block from secured and monitored parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Clean and tidy

Our room was in a separate building, the elevator wasn’t working for the whole stay

Internet didn’t work, cable tv didn’t work, AC was limited

Centrally located, staff was very helpful, great experience. They helped arrange transport to and from the airport, and port.

Room was nice but a touch small. However if you are in Rome and hanging out in the room, you are not doing your vacation correctly.

    Location and size of room

Bed was too hard. Toilet/shower needs deep cleaning

    The location

The value was to much for the stay and we booked a junior suite but it was not like we expected and we spend 3 days without a hot water and we couldn’t take a shower and the breakfast was so poor

    8matthewPosted on: 9-3-2025

The location was perfect. The front desk staff were helpful and polite. They also set up a van to take us to the port for our cruise after touring Rome. The van was a much better price than online booking.

Only 20-25 min walk to Colosseum

I recently stayed with a reservation for three people in a room over four nights. Unfortunately, the overall service and the condition of the room fell far short of my expectations, and I would like to formally raise my concerns.First, although my flight was delayed and I checked in late at around 10:30 p.m., the room was not prepared for three guests. In fact, it was insufficient even for two. Slippers and bathrobes were not provided, and only small bottles of shampoo, body lotion, a few towels, and two cups were available. Complimentary coffee was also missing.Second, when I attempted to charge my phone, the outlets by the bed did not work. I called the reception desk, but was told that no staff was available to assist me. While I understand the limitation at that hour, I was assured that someone would come within 5–10 minutes to set up the room. However, no one came until after midnight, and two of my follow-up calls went unanswered. When a staff member finally arrived, he hurriedly set up the beds but no blankets were provided. He was very kind but explained that this was not normally his responsibility. As a result, the three of us had to share only two thin sheets, leaving us cold throughout the night. This negatively affected our rest and disrupted our schedule the following day.Third, on the second day, additional amenities were said to be prepared, but still only for two people. After I called again, a kind male staff member finally completed the setup properly for three guests, which was much appreciated.Fourth, I made the reservation based on the photos of the room, which showed a street view of Rome. However, in reality, the window faced the inside of a building, with a view so unpleasant that I did not even want to open it.Fifth, on the night before our departure, I called the front desk to request a taxi reservation for our early morning departure.

It says it's a spa hotel and it is far from a spa hotel it's horrible no spa a hot tub size of a tub and a swimming pool that has to be scheduled for appt to swim that's their spa and the front desk people were super rude when you asked for help on anything The hairdrier was broke the safe didnt work it was not at all what is described on booking.com

Everything No spa Bad service very rude and arrogant Broken items in room

The room was very comfortableThe air conditioning was terrificThe minibar was coldThe beds had duvetsPrice was okay.

I prefer outdoor poolsOur rooms were in a different building, across the road and down the street from reception. This made going to the pool in the main building odd and inconvenient.
